I ordered Scallop and shrimp hibachi on today and realized once I was home that it came with five small cut up pieces of hibachi that equals to one scallop for a total of $13.95. Not only that, the scallop was under cooked and rubbery(indication that it’s not cooked thoroughly) so I called to report it and they agreed to give us cooked scalloped if we would come back. Upon arrival I checked the order after she mentioned it was still light in color. Well this time it had 4 pieces of broccoli with three small pieces of under cooked scallops( which didn’t even equal to a whole scallop this time). After being told I could either cook it at home or they cook try and cook it more, I decided it wasn’t worth my time so I left it all there. Then as I was waiting for my food I saw the lady who was at the register handling the money went to the back and started cutting meat with no gloves and no hand washing. Then I noticed that none of the people in the back cooking and chopping had gloves on, not to mention the man at the grill who popped a carrot in his mouth as he was cooking. It all made the small roach that was crawling over by the drink machine seem less intimidating. The fried gyoza, and the spicy crab roll are really good. My wife gets the edamame, the tornado roll, and we split a steak hibachi order. The staff is super friendly. I would have mentioned how every order you call in they tell you 15 minute — regardless of how long it'll really take, however it feels like they've remedied that and give a more accurate time for your order...
