Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ridley Township

I purchased numerous times at this Papa Johns location located in Folsom Pennsylvania and thought it was good. Then on a Sunday I Decided to order through the Web like I usually do, but the app was acting funny and the direct Website said temporarily down, so I called and they said today only we will honor the discount code Flyers for 50% off over the phone since the system is not working. After they tried up selling me on soda and 2.00 more for an even larger pizza they entered my order. I drive over to pick up my order and they tell me cash only the credit card machine is down. I explained the lady who took my order didn't mention this to me, otherwise I would have stopped and took out cash. I asked if they could bill me when the system is back up and running? She asked the other lady if she told me it was cash only today, and they went back and forth for a little bit, and while this was going on my pizza came out of the oven, and any good customer of papa Johns understands the quality quickly dissipates as the pizza cools down. I asked again if they can bill me when the system is up and running but she directed to tell me there was an acme around the corner and I explained my concern about the pizza getting cold but she said the heat lamps are 100 degrees and it won't get cold but I explained it's not as good if not picked up right out of the oven. She said I can't just give it to you! I said I'm not asking for a hand out I was hear to pay for the pizza, I was simply asking to pay when the system is up and running. Hell if I knew I had to pay cash I would have brought cash, but all I had was credit on me. This Fell on depth ears, so I said fine cancel the pizza take care and walked out. I will not be patronizing this establishment again... Hell I'm better off supporting the mom and pops who understand real customer service! Well, my night was total ruined because of papa...

Service and food was deplorable me And my family decided to go in store to place an order late night during the week day. We placed our order with a nice young lady at the front who we had no issues with. We ordered the jalapeño poppers, large cheese pizza with half pepperoni With a buffalo wings. It’s me and my family arrived home we noticed that the large cheese pizza pie was not cut And the pizza dough was not even fully cooked. We called over to Papa John’s to express dissatisfaction. And we spoke with Autumn who stated that she is the manager for the store. As we were upset and explaining what was done with the order. Autumn became very abrasive and aggressive during the call because we expressed dissatisfaction with our services. It led to the point where autumn began cursing on the phone and then disconnected. It was a horrible experience and not only that our children had to hear and notice the disrespect. When we call back Autumn stated she did we did not speak with her. And started to lie. Worst service, Worst food experience, and never will come back again. They need to fire in rehire individuals in that store if they would like to continue to be...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m very upset. My husband and I ordered the Valentine’s Day pizza for dinner, which I’m sure a lot of people did the same and I understand that they’re busy. We ordered on through their online service that is powered by door dash. We placed the order around 6pm and it told us it would take about an hour to get to us. We let an hour and a half go by and looked at the tracker and it said that it was delivered, however, the eta kept going up. We called the store that we ordered form for clarification and the man that answered was very rude and unhelpful. He even said “oh my God” all annoyed. I apologized and said I will figure it out. Another hour passed and my husband decided to call. The same man answered and said it would be 20 mins. We let a good 30-35 mins pass and my husband decided to drive to the store. They were unable to give us our order and said they had to void it. We are very upset and hungry. Never ordering from them again....
