Fiesta Ole' — Restaurant in Rigby

I wish I had to option to serve a negative star for the Fiesta Ole is Rigby because it's service is horrible and the quality of food was the same. First of all my wife and I frequent the Fiesta ole locations in Idaho Falls and have never had a problem with the food quality, wait time or customer service but the Rigby location is a far cry from what the Idaho Falls locations provide. My visit started as grabbing a quick bite to eat while en route to Island Park and it turned into waiting 45 minutes for our food to arrive at our table. There were 3 other groups in the resteraunt ahead of us. Combined there was about 9 customers total in all of those groups. When our order came out 45 minutes later there were mistakes galore. One example was my wife ordered cheesy tots with sour cream on top (her regular at FO) when it arrived the tots and cheese were cold like it had been sitting out for 10 minutes and when my wife told the person bringing the food out to us that she asked for sour cream on her cheesy tots the person confirmed it was on her receipt and asked her what she wanted to do? Cmon, really? We explained that we would like the sour cream because that was how we ordered them. The employee said that they guess they could take them back and fix it for her. There was many other errors with our order but by this time I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait for them to correct their mistakes. I'm surprised the customer who ordered in front of us didn't freak out on anyone because he was still waiting for his order when we were done eating so he was there for over an hour waiting for his food. When I asked him if he realized how long he had been waiting he said yup, and stated that he could have went to Broulims, bought all of the supplies for tacos and made them faster that the Rigby Fiesta Ole. The resteraunt had no excuse. The store was NOT busy at all and I saw at least 4 employees working there so they weren't understaffed. I would understand the wait if it was a sit down resteraunt with a server, but it's not, it's fast food Mexican. Poor service and extremely disappointing experience. If you look at my account and previous reviews you will see that I'm a Google review member and have reviewed numerous places and I believe this is the first negative review I have ever written. Please, give the other Fiesta Ole locations a try, because their food and service is usually great but the Rigby location is far from it. Read their other Google reviews and you'll see this is a common occurrence at this location. Hopefully the owners can see this and make appropriate changes to better serve their customers. The quality of food has gone downhill ever since they moved to their new location. Today I went to the drive through during my lunch hour from work. No one took my order until the other cars had completely left the drive through. When I got to the pickup window it took several minutes for them to ask for my payment. I waited several more minutes before the manager came to say they had charged me the incorrect amount. Several minutes later he brought me my change. After even more time an employee came to the window, didn't say anything, walked away and then came back two minutes later to tell me they had messed up my order and to ask if I was okay with something different. I had been in the drivethrough at least 20 minutes by this point. I told him I was not. The manager came over and apologized. He explained they were training new people, and said he'd throw in a free order of crispas for the inconvenience and the wait. I don't know why they were training an entire new team in the lunch hour without some experienced people to maintain flow, but whatever. About a minute later I got my food and went back to my workplace. The food order was correct, but instead of crispas I got a plain bag of chips, no salsa, no dips, just a plain bag of chips. Haha if you value your time and want good food and service, just go somewhere else. No complaints about the demeanor of the employees, just the proficiency...

While the food was okay...my grandson found a hair in his burrito..I mentioned it to a women working there and was able to hear her getting after the employees working in the kitchen...she quickly brought us out another burrito and some cinnamon and sugar chips...I appreciated this...however what is upsetting me is as this women walked back to the kitchen she stuck her hand down her pants and scratched her butt...the guests in the dining room...were able to see her butt crack...she came back a while later and had her arm up the back of her shirt scratching her back...this is upsetting to me on many levels...why is she so itchy...does she have fleas or a disease? Is she properly washing her hands? If she's doing this in the dining room in from of customer...what is she doing in the back room out of the view of your guests? I feel I may need to call the health department about this. Please clean up your crew...if you want your...
