Ordered $76 of food. I don't like leaving a negative review on a restaurant but sometimes when they don't want to realize the problem and address it,you have to. Order includes: 3 sushi rolls,2 wonton soups,4 egg rolls, 6 orders (12) crab rangoon, 1 order of shrimp fried rice, and 2 extra portions of pickled ginger. Soup was luke warm, 6 orders(12 count because they are sold 2/$2.19)were all cold and empty of cream cheese filling and the dumplinds in the soup were mushy(set in broth way way too long),egg rolls were cold to the touch, sushi rice used to roll the sushi rolls was all hard and even tastes old(it was very obvious) and cold and mom's shrimp fried rice was cold.If you aren't paying attention to your receipt they charge you a surcharge price as if you are ordering through grubhub or doordash. I caught her charging more than the prices on the menu and called her out on it and all she could do was mumble something and say,"sorry sorry" but if I hadn't had caught her and what she was charging me,the total would've been over $90. We've ALWAYS ordered at least $50-$80 of food because there are 4 of us eating and the price isn't bad for 4 people to eat out. The problem is paying that much for food only for them to try to charge surcharge prices and you getting cold food that is not of good quality. This establishment was very good with zero complaints when it was the previous name and owners. Since this couple bought out the restaurant, the person taking the orders can't understand what you are trying to order and you can't understand what they are trying to tell you on calling your order back. We have given this establishment 3 chances now so they have lost our business. We will now drive the extra distan e to East Ridge,TN to get better quality food because it seems the Japanese and Chinese (1 each) here in Ringgold,Ga are definitely not up to par on their food service temperatures and they are par frying foods like egg rolls and the crab rangoon are par fried and then when ordered they are dropped in hot oil to finish the cook time and doing this takes away the quality of the finished product considerably. I tried calling but got no answer. I even tried calling the next day and no answer. Please do not eat here or you will waste your hard earned money too and with this craziness going on with food prices and eggs in America, you're better off eating unhealthy roman noodles bought at a grocery store. If I had gotten a return phone call,or ANY type of response from the restaurant,I would've not left this review but if this is how they operate their business, people have...
Read moreThey got my order completely wrong, so I had to drive nearly an hour to bring it back and when I got there they would not replace it even though it was not what I ordered nor what was on the receipt. It was very difficult to get a refund even though they refuse to make what I actually ordered and replace it for the incorrect order they sent me with. And then when they did give me the refund they took the bag of food directly out of my hands and set it on the counter behind them when I pointed out it needed to be thrown in the trash can right beside the counter and not laid on the counter to be served to someone else the guy started to act as if he couldn't understand English when he was speaking it perfectly moments before. Oh and one thing I did notice from the incorrect order they sent us with is that their sushi and tempura rolls are half the size in diameter of what they used to be and the length of the sushi roll is shorter now too. Their prices have gone up yet the amount of food served has...
Read moreOur 2nd time here. First time was about 7 months ago.
You order and pay at the counter. The food will be delivered to your table as it is finished cooking. Note that the food comes out as they see fit. For example, our entrees came out one at a time, about 5 minutes apart, and before the appetizers.
My wife ordered fried dumplings as an appetizer and pad Thai as her entre. I ordered the Thai sausage appetizer and pad woon see as the entre. My entre had different ingredients than the menu listed, with different noodles and veggies. The dumplings were very good with a thicker and more savory dipping sauce than most places serve. The sausage was very over cooked, basically burnt. Both entries were served very dry, barely a hint of sauce.
Perhaps we were here on an off-day, but it appeared that the same family members were working as when we visited previously. I'm not sure we will be returning as we've had better Thai in...
