Stopped in after driving past countless times and seeing that it is consistently popular. I played it safer with my flavors since there are so many available and unfortunately no big menu anywhere with descriptions for some of the harder-to-guess choices (yes, I'm looking at you mysterious Little Blue Panda). So I had cookies and cream and a strawberry cheesecake cup. I've never had Hershey's brand ice cream and these two flavors didn't disappoint, both creamy and the flavorful strawberry cheesecake had little cheesecake chunks in it (as it should!).

The space itself is pretty crowded, with a few little tables and chairs but I could never picture myself sitting in to enjoy my treat with how the order line naturally snakes between the tables making you feel like you're in the way. The only menus are just plain printed standard size pages in plastic stands that tell you how much for scoops, drinks and whipped cream. Again, no flavor descriptions.

I did notice that the decor of the store is mostly religious based quotes, not particularly something I'd expect to find in an ice cream shop.

This place is POPULAR so be expecting lots of children, a patient wait in like for at least 10+ minutes before ordering and mostly standing room only or outside for...

I've been to this place three times. Tonight, my mother tripped and fell on the awkward front step. She scraped and bruised her knee. No one who worked there noticed, but several customers sitting at the front towards the register and coolers did and came to assist. We got her to a table and I stood in line for 7 to 10 minutes and when I finally got waited on explained that I needed some ice and why. The older woman working behind the counter just stared at me blankly and said they didn't have ice. I asked if there was a first aid kit with perhaps a cold pack, she blinked and stood with her mouth open for a minute or so before looking around and then saying they did not have a first aid kit. There was no concern for the injurred customer. Sad, really, because they have good ice cream. But they have the side door closed and the front door with the awkward stoop open, creating the possibility of injury. But I'm rather surprised, and disappointed that an establishment with so much Christian themed decor can't be bothered to show concern for an injured customer. I am also surprised at any business so lacking in sound enough judgment to not have a first aid kit. Hope an employee doesn't get...

We went there tonight 4-11-25, they have moved down a couple doors from their awesome old location! The new location stinks, super tiny, so it's really crowded. The place was messy, unorganized looking, the tables and chairs were dirty, and worst of all, there was new workers in there, (at least the young man, I have never seen there before) and the young man in there was extremely stingy with the serving sizes he dished out! I think my cup was about 1/3 less than what they used to serve! And my wife's cup was probably closer to 1/2 of what they used to serve! Also we watched him serve other customers, and again super stingy serving sizes. We even watched him remove ice cream off the top of a cone after he had already put it on! And with the prices having gone up recently, we were extremely disappointed in the whole experience, it makes us not want to come back! It's sad, it used to be a really good place to go to when they were in the old location, and with their other workers! I hope the owners take notice and do something about...

Whoโ€™s been here? โœจ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ“The Spot Creamery is located 20 minutes from Chattanooga just over the border in Ringgold, GA (where Dolly Parton got married โค๏ธ) They have a couple cute Dolly Parton murals and a huge Hope mural across the street (main reason why I went haha) and youโ€™re welcome to take photos with them! Cute little shop with a LOT of potential. Iโ€™m not sure if this is the norm here, but the night we visited, no one wore gloves, and the cones didnโ€™t have wraps on them. The girls were digging into the ice cream with dirty hands and fingernails. We noticed the dirt underneath their nails. People eat the cones, so obviously this isnโ€™t a surprise that one would want a barrier of some sort in between. Our next issue was with the price for what you get. Weโ€™re used to $3.99 waffle cones with two scoops being filled completely and topped with more. We both ordered two scoops for $4.99 and they literally gave us two tiny little scoops. The top of the waffle cone was completely bare. A little upsetting to pay that much and not get but two licks of ice cream. Hopefully they will change this or train the girls a little better on hygiene and what portion sizes are appropriate for the price being paid.
