When they attend us we are told that one of the machines wasnât working and threatened that if I were to walk into the store again theyâll call the cops on me... not once was I rude, didnât cause a ruckus, and simply walked-out... maybe if the workers werenât on their phones then maybe such misunderstandings wouldnât happen. Maybe lock your doors just incase customers happen to walk in??? I requested fresh hot curly fries andcwhen I received order they were also cold. I went back to return cold fries for a fresh hot one's and they looked at me as if I had cussed their mother and more. Hey ladies why don't you eat your cold food and you pay for it? Since I'm paying for the food I want me meal HOT ! If I wanted cold food I would have eaten a sandwich at my home.

After waiting in the window line for 20minutes, and seeing the cars behind me leaving the drive through, i called and asked about the waiting times because i needed to get back to work. I was responded with a stressed and loud " we are short handed ok?, we are doing the best we can" noapologize, no consideration.
