I’ll give them two stars because it was Friday and they claimed to be busy, although two stars is a stretch in this instance. We had a simple order, a small build your own pizza with bbq sauce chicken and shredded cheese, a build your own pasta bowl with chicken, bacon and shredded cheese with a order of cinisticks. After waiting an hour for our delivery the driver called apologizing for the longer then normal delivery time, our order took another 45 minutes after that call. Travel back in time to our previous orders which also took close to an hour to be delivered during non peak hours so back to this order I did not accept their excuse that it was simply too busy to deliver our food in under an hour. When our food finally arrived after an awkward exchange with our delivery driver we are excited to finally eat our dinner. Needless to say we did not get to eat nor enjoy our food. The pizza was obviously cold and there was absolutely no bbq sauce on the pizza!!! I found that odd how do you forget the most important ingredient? My wife’s pasta bowl must have got mixed up with someone else’s order because it had mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and beef instead of chicken, bacon and shredded cheese. On top of that it was cold and had very little to no sauce. The only part of the order that was correct was the cinisticks which they forgot to add the icing. This order was the straw the broke the camels back as previously mentioned our past orders at least correct have taken over an hour to be delivered. I don’t normally leave negative reviews because I also work in customer service and disagree with how much weight a single bad review carries to the corporate office and often times result in the line staff taking heat ultimately effecting their annual performance reviews. It’s not fair to the hard working staff members but this was just too bad not to leave my feedback. I’m very disappointed and will be taking my business to Dominos competition Pappa Johns. As they have a similar rewards program which is the main reason in the first place we usually choose Dominos, the Pizza points are a nice reward to loyal returning customers. I guess from now on we’ll start earning points with Pappa Johns. If these franchises know they are going to be busy on Friday nights they need to schedule and prepare with better efficiency. Add another driver to the schedule, get the OT approved do what you have to do so you don’t lose customers and future business and at the very least if you know it’s going to be a while before someone’s order is delivered please make sure the order is correct. Come on Dominos you can and have to do...
Read moreWe used to love “our” Dominos. I had to come and change our previous five star way down :( So, during lockdown, we used Dominos heavily and they always came through in a stellar way…until soon after that. We were startled when my favorite topping was just missing from the menu. We figured it was a supply-chain issue and it would come back, it never did (Italian red peppers). I got used to not having them, not enough of an issue to stop buying them. Recently that changed, as a result we will never go back. We were every Friday night customers, for years. Then salad dressings disappeared, almost all of them. Most recently, we ordered our automatic faves, as they always suggest. They came with NO sauce! After looking over everything, thinking there must be a mistake, nope. The basic pizza sauce was just gone! The sauce that we loved and kept us loyal - gone. I filled out the customer form that I guess goes to corporate somewhere. Anyway, a guy (manager?) called us and proceeded to ask us, very tersely, what our issue was! When we explained our sauce-less pizzas,he informed us it was indeed our fault as we didn’t notice the sauce wasn’t listed on our order. We assumed the default on our faves. He got very irritable and said we shouldn’t blame them because our pre-set auto orders that have their main trademark, original sauce wasn’t listed on them. I mentioned that was why we had fave/quick orders in place, to quickly place orders from anywhere. A little further into a very awkward and confusing conversation, I learned they had just taken it off the menu and only had their spicy, hot sauce left as the only red sauce. (I cannot tolerate any hot spice for a medical issue, actually) So the website didn’t mention any change, or ask if we wanted a sauce, or something that triggers a response. By then, I was feeling very defensive and near tears. I am a strong person and was in customer service for many years, I would have fired anyone that spoke to a customer the way that man spoke to me. I had phone on speaker and the other person listening, my spouse, was flabbergasted over the whole conversation. It ended with my being told that a refund was out of the question, as it was after all, our fault for not noticing the absence of sauce. (I hadn’t asked) I can have a credit for pizzas in the future. Next time? Future orders for sauceless pizza? Nope. Never did hear from corporate or why the change. We are enjoying trying other places that...
Read moreSo I've waited three four weeks now with this place for upper management to call me back after I've left complaints with corporate. The reason I've called in is because they have consistently messed up my order within the past few weeks. Then the general manager tells me I'm just looking for free food. To me if someone's looking for free food they definitely wouldn't order more food on top of the free food and happily pay for it. Consistency is the number one people with fast food in order for them to survive. After waiting anxiously for a few weeks I get a call from the owner. The owner was very rude and basically told me that I'm just looking for free pizza. Then every time I kept trying to talk I kept getting interrupted. There really wasn't any opportunity for me to truly express how I felt. I felt that he was already being pre judgemental before he even called me. He basically told me that he's going to remake my order and that should make me happy and very rudely told me he had to go and our conversation was ended at that point so because of that you guys can keep your "free" chicken carbonara and I won't be coming back and I'll make sure to explain to all my friends and family the customer service this franchisee offers to his...
