The specialty drinks here are a bit less sweet than the Starbucks versions. The prices are comparable, but for my taste, the quality of the drink is better. The time is takes to have an order made is also comparable to the sickly mermaid brand. My reference drink is a hot, Carmel latté, however, their cold drinks are also delicious. Everything is better here.
The drivethru experience can be a bit confusing the first time you go through. They have cones laid out autocross style to squeeze as many cars into the area as they can. Once the sun comes out, the line is still exceptionally long on any day of the week. I went through at about 5:30 am Saturday and there were a total of three cars, including myself. Weekday mornings before 6 is a less busy time now.
My favorite part of going here is the employees. They are super friendly, and express a genuine concern for me and my day. This has been the case for every Dutch Bro's I've been to, including those in Colorado since '08. This place is worth getting up early for. It's worth a...
Read moreTook almost an hour to get through the drive thru. I never would’ve waited that long but once you’re in the line, there’s no escape. The gentleman that was taking orders was super nice and friendly. First time here and it appears that the menu is full of flavored coffee lattes from cold brews to frozen coffees. I couldn’t find just regular dark roast coffee on the menu. When I asked the gentleman about a regular cup of coffee, he said they have the Americano but that’s it. I ordered the Irish Creme and my passenger had the Americano. Coffee was extremely hot so beware. The Irish Creme was good but the Americano was watered down and didn’t include the sweet cream that we asked for. On a side note, the woman at the window noticed that I had dogs and offered to make a Puppuccino, which was very thoughtful. Would I go through the experience again, NO WAY!! $10 for average coffee with an hour long wait.... I’ll pass next time but the staff is what earned a two star...
Read moreThank you Dutch Brothers for the ultimate kindness. I had to borrow someone’s car to take my husband to work this morning because the transmission on our car went out. I had 3 surgery’s in 2021. I normally don’t even drive but I had no choice today. I’m having surgery again in 2 weeks. I got pulled over right next to Dutch for not having my seatbelt belt and told the officer I would continue not to wear it because of the issues and offered to show him my incisions. The girls at Dutch brothers saw me crying and being pulled over. They brought be a drink and said I hope you feel better. I smiled and said I was actually about to stop here and redeem my freebie. I find it funny that I got attacked not to long ago and cops and 911 took 40 mins to rescue me and this dude wants to harass me over a seatbelt and not believe me that I have had multiple surgery’s. Thank you dutch for seeing my tears and trying to make the worst situation...
