Market Street — Local services in Rio Rancho

Alert!!! When I tell you that customer service will get me everytime... I am a customer for life... No other store has this much attention to detail, above and beyond care all with a smile, has been lost on every other business since covid. From the very first time I walked in and 3 staff members greeted me and not that I'm required to say hello because I work here... It was the genuine I'm happy to see you hello.

Everything down to my first pick-up, they allow you to leave a note for your shopper, my pick up member ( I wish I remembered his name) but he grabbed my cantaloupe from the trunk and said let me grab you a better one, took it inside and brought out another... And let me tell you why that meant so much to me. I did a pick up from Wolly world and I was given a FULLY molded bag of clementines, so they obviously tell them to get rid of the expired stuff or the shopper had their eyes closed, because when I then had to make another trip back to return it, the customer service said when did you buy this after saying gross when she opened the bag. I said it was a pick-up yesterday while showing her my app order. I just placed another order today, & I was confused on my pick up time because it showed 2 different window times, I ask the representative which time I should follow & she said, sometimes it shows different time zones, and I said I thought it was me. (we had a giggle) if you were available in 20 min I can have the order ready by 6:15 over waiting till 9pm if you like. I just knew from those few amazing interactions I had to let everyone know to shop here & have their faith renewed in quality service... (I will definitely get names next time) I'm so glad it's right up the street. Everyone on the eastside come get some of this quality. Have an amazing Market...

Review for Market Street Grocery Sushi Bar

I can’t say enough great things about the sushi bar inside Market Street Grocery! The staff here, especially Dawt and Sai, go above and beyond to make every visit special.

My wife doesn’t eat raw fish, and it’s often hard to find sushi places that accommodate her preferences—but Dawt has been amazing! She makes the most delicious cream cheese and avocado rolls just for her, and you can tell each one is crafted with care. It’s so refreshing to find a place that listens and adjusts to customer needs without hesitation.

As for me, Sai has saved the day multiple times when I wasn’t feeling the chef’s specials (not a fan of imitation crab). He’s put together incredible custom platters for me, and the artistry in his rolls is next-level. Every piece looks like it was made with passion and precision.

Beyond the food, what really stands out is their warmth and attentiveness. They always greet us with cheerful smiles and can even tell when we need help just by the looks on our faces. It’s rare to find such personalized, friendly service at a sushi counter.

If you’re looking for fresh, beautifully made sushi with a team that genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place. Dawt and Sai make it an unforgettable experience every time. We’ll definitely be back! (Sorry we got into them before I thought to take a photo)

I'm really glad they moved in. There are lots of great options. The store is very clean (probably because it's new), and the staff is friendly and helpful!!

While I don't think this will become my main grocery store, I am glad to know that it's there and has various options I wouldn't otherwise be able to find. I'm also really glad something moved in to compete with Walmart.

I briefly talked to the main guy we've all been seeing in our brochures (and on the front display sign), and he was very knowledgeable and friendly! He had a pulse on everything in the store.

The store was a madhouse, but again, probably because it's new. I'm sure the crowds will settle down in a few weeks, so if you're crowd avoidant, keep that in mind.

The garden center is really nice, and there are lots of options there too. They have very colorful yard art and stone planters. Some wind chimes too!

I particularly liked the tableware section and thought it was nicely lit and displayed. I'll definitely be going back for some salt and pepper shakers!!

They are repping Rio and Cibola, but I think they could stock Cleveland and Volcano also.

Prices are fair, but not heavily discounted, but overall it's a good store.

I think having something like this (easy meals) next to Rust medical will provide the employees and families with an easy way to get exactly what they need without...
