Good morning I have been in your location about four five times since you have been open each time each time it's been a Sunday morning approximately 10 in the morning. Each visit approximately the same apparently I think things will be different the next time I'm standing inside with four people in front of me and four or five behind me waiting to be served. Looking in the glass display case looking for the bagels that I would like to buy are not there hoping that you might have some more in the back waiting to be brought to the front I wait in line. It looks very busy behind the counter everyone is doing something but there is nobody serving the people waiting in line once you do get your place in front the bagels that you were hoping to find are not there the cream cheese that you want is not there. I would imagine each person in line was probably going to drop $20 if not more for your products there was no store manager or assistant manager directing the employees in front to help the customers that are waiting in line as a business owner for the past 40 years I believe the customer that is in front of you is the most important part of your business right now having an overabundance of product ready to sell with fast and friendly service you would make a hit every time. I understand good help is hard to find what you need to put your good people up front as a consumer myself this was not a good experience for the sake of the business do what you need to do to take care of...
Read moreOrdered online before heading to the store. Waited a bit longer than what the estimated time frame for the order to get done, not a big deal as long as the food is correct! Got our food 25 minutes later. I have only been to this location once before a long time ago. This time around NOT GREAT!! We got home, none of the bagels were sliced as requested and they substituted a bagel without knowledge, we found this out once we got home to eat. I called and told them one of the bagels was wrong and the associate said we can refund or you can come in and get it replaced. While on the phone with them I quickly asked my daughter if she wanted to back right away and the associate said right after “well we don’t have anymore of those.” So that right there told me they purposely put in a different kind! Had they just asked or told us when we went for pickup the whole situation would be different. I prefer honesty rather than just doing that. Pretty bad service on their part!! Also while there as I said before, I’ve only been there once before so I did not know none of the bagels came with a side of cream, so I asked if any cone with cream and I got a snarky response of “Well did you order it?” Really, it was a question so if not I could buy it! Read moreWe just went to the Rio rancho location this morning and the experience only got worse and worse. So we pull up to the drive thru for our order. Upon getting to the window the woman told us that they did not have any of the churro party bagels we ordered no biggie she offered to give us the chocolate bagles they had in stead but than those were also out of stock and so was the next item she listed off to us why even bother asking if we want anything else if you apprently have nothing?so we asked for a refund. Apparently we can't get a refund in person for online orders so okay to that. But that wasn't the worst part. We finally start to eat the food and the first thing was all the food was ice cold. Hashbrowns looked raw abs when you bit into the middle it was frozen cold. Than the sandwiches each looked sloppy with barley any of the ingredients in it and both were nice and cold too joy! Mind you these sandwiches were suppose to be hot because they were breakfast with eggs and meat. Would not recommend anyone going to this location and I won't be going back after this experience.
