Whataburger — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

8/29/24. Still the same old crap - do not order from the app, they will just let you food sit there and then give it to you cold and stale. The manager and the team members just do not give a crap about anything. They need to learn a lesson from Chick Fil A. These guys just suck - get new Managers that can lead these young people to not be a group of half-assers.

We have ordered from this location 3 times since it opened. Every time, we have had to repeat our order in the drive thru 3-5 times just for the cashier to get it entered into the system at all.

Then, when you finally get your order, after waiting 30-40 minutes, there have been multiple issues. Missing items, incorrect items, cold food, undercooked burgers, over salted burgers, fries that are half full (buy a large and get the amount of fries you'd get in a small, just in a large box?), soda with no flavor, the list goes on...

On every occasion when we have arrived to the window the employee was lost on which order ours was and we witnessed them bringing orders to the people waiting in front of us in line, start to hand them their order, realize it was the wrong order, and take it back, only to spend 5 MORE minutes figuring out which order was correct.

The overnight managers are clearly completely incompetent and need to be replaced, because this place is consistently a disaster in every way. Surely they are paying their employees barely anything as well because everyone there is clearly hating every second of it, including...
