The Vine House — Restaurant in Ripon

I normally don’t leave reviews but tonight I felt compelled. My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Vine House, thanks to Vanessa. Though we only popped in for a drink, (Because the kitchen was closed) her warm and friendly demeanor made our experience truly memorable. With her attentive and personalized service, Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The positive energy and passion she exuded added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. And I’m not exaggerating, tonight was an Experience. The Sangria and the maple ginger crème brûlée were absolutely out of this world I highly commend Vanessa for her outstanding service and look forward to returning to Vine House for their farm-to-table food service. When we first arrived, some ladies that were leaving stopped us. The more mature of the duo suggested the shrimp bordelaise. Deliciousness! Our server, (I'm assuming her name was Tessa because of our receipt but after the first drink, I forgot my own name) was very sweet! She suggested the Fig Brie Prosciutto Tartine. It was amazing! Called on a Friday at 4pm excited to possibly get a reservation for 2 and had an extensive wait on the phone to be told that that had no room for 2 for the whole night.
