I’m disappointed I really enjoyed this place the food was always pretty good and seemed fresh their juices are incredible and reasonably priced but I got the special on the window that came recommended by an employee. I took two bites of it and nearly choked to death. Since I frequent the location I said to one of the employees here take a look at this I couldn’t even eat it I showed a couple people and they picked up A fresh pastrami to show me and I said but where is the cut they used and he showed me it was still on a slicer and it was the end portion riddled with fat. I’ve owned multiple delis And I never give anything from the end cut Reading the reviews it seems like someone else had a similar issue. I was not asked if I wanted something else or to have something remade or my money back. I’m disappointed because I’m running out of places in the area that have quality food and care about their clients with today’s concerns of business is falling apart this should be a priority for...
Read morethis has to be one of the worst bagel places I've ever used moving here from Long Island. Anytime I have to call in the people that answer don't speak clearer English, nor do they take clear notes. I always have to demand them to read back what I am ordering. And it is wrong every time with substitutions that I had no desire for nor did I even mention. I strongly recommend going up into Westwood and using a different bagel store. This is absolutely absurd. If they're going to take order by phone hire somebody that speaks clear English worst thing in the morning is the order breakfast drive away and find out it's wrong that couldn't be a worse start of a day for most people I associate with. However foods good, but hits hit or miss if the person making your sandwich will skimp on the meat...
Read moreUsually drive 10 mins out of the way for Adam’s. Over the past year, the quality, staff, and pricing has gone way down. Today I was charged $17.04 for a taylor ham egg and cheese bagel & a bagel with scallion cream cheese. $17.04!! Oh yeah, and that was in person after my online order got canceled because “The store is closed”…it wasn’t. There was way less cream cheese on the bagel than usual, too. Btw, online I paid $14 for the same items. Customer in front of me was waiting over 25 minutes for a grilled cheese…and the store wasn’t that busy. And the past few times, the staff has been arguing with both customers and fellow staff. I’ve now made the decision to not return to Adam’s again after enjoying it for three years....
