KFC — Restaurant in River View Township

This particular KFC always tastes like KFC has given up.

We picked up our online order at 6:30 p.m.

The original chicken is bland, dry, and room temperature at best. I'm always worried about eating it. Salmonella isn't fun 😕

The mashed potatoes are clearly fake and tastes as such. The gravy is not what it used to be. The mac 'n cheese taste awful and lacks any seasoning. The biscuits were hard and oddly enough... crumbly.

On the plus side one person said their chicken sandwich and fries tasted "decent" and the Korean BBQ clearly had a decent amount of gochujang in it. The rest of it... 😬

She made a good point when she said, "It feels like they put all of their energy into the sandwiches" when she tried a piece of the bucket chicken and subsequently spit it out.

I HATE leaving bad reviews like this, but management or the franchise owner need to step up on the quality control.

This isn't the first time this has happened. A few trips prior and even once being refunded by corporate customer service for an entire meal because it was THAT bad.

We've given all the opportunities we can at this point and as a result, we will not be back.

With all of that said, I truly hope the right person reads this, fixes the issues, and make the best chicken of any KFC. I want to see you all make it....

First time visiting, I'm giving this place 3 stars bc it was clean, the lady( Jackie) that took our order was friendly, they were fast (only 3 other people in the building), and it didn't taste as bad as it looked. We had not eaten at a KFC in many years so we weren't familiar with their chicken tenders or chicken little sandwiches. I asked if the tenders were mostly breading or if they were a good ratio of chicken to breading she said a good ratio so when I got my order I was shocked to see skinny, wimpy, smothered in sauce small pieces of chicken. I got the sweet smokey sauce which was good. What I ordered and what was pictured was very different. I had no idea they would be smothered in the sauce, I thought the breading was seasoned. They didn't taste bad just not what I expected. I would not order these again due to the mess of sauce that was poured over and not too mention my biscuit was in the sauce, not a good mix! My hubby ordered 2 honey mustard chicken little sandwiches and again it was chicken with sauce poured over and slapped between 2 pieces of bread, not at all what was pictured but he said they tasted okay. He didn't get a drink or a side so for a $12 meal for 2 I felt it was a bit steep. Won't be visiting here...

While in the drive-thru, Was asked to wait for 5 minutes for a 2-piece chicken strip kids meal and to pull ahead. Waited for 15 minutes with other food in the car as well as my 4 year old child. Multiple cars were getting their food and big bags of it. I pulled to the front door and walked in. The girl was walking out the other door and I yelled for her. She didn’t hear me and kept walking. I went back to my car. The girl with a small bag came back inside and the girl at the counter was pointing to me and the car telling her -‘she’s right there’. The 1st girl tossed my bag on the counter and walked away. The two girls then continued to work as normal. 10 more minutes went by and I went back in again. The counter girl handed me the bag that sat on the counter for the last 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe neither one brought the bag out to me. Then when I said the needed to give me new food, the counter girl refused, the other girl wouldn’t even turn around to look at me and another more older girl came up front and just said, what do you need. I told her what went on and she just went in the back and brought back the child’s meal. Never apologized- this place is a a joke! Will...
