This is an ultra minimalist, yet excellent ice cream parlor. The idea is you choose a base, Choc, Van or Blue Sherbert, then choose mix-ins and toppings. The only rule is, it has to be rollable, so don't pick everything. You choices are mixed on a metal mixing board that's cooled to -20 degrees, then chopped and combined until it's able to be thinly rolled up. Me and my girls decided to stop by and have some ice cream and I must say , this is by far the best Rolled Ice cream , even my pickiest eater was happy and no leftovers !! The place is so homey , clean , professional!
