If I'm paying $6.50 for a cookie, I expect it to be picture perfect. I expect it to be warm. I expect customer service that justifies the price of the cookie. "This cookie is room temperature" -Crumbl Well, the cookie was cold. The cookie did not look picture perfect, and im disappointed. Over time, I have noticed the price of cookies continously increasing while the quality/ service is decreasing. When asked if they can microwave the cookie, I was informed that it's against crumbl policy. 6 months ago, crumbl used to microwave my cookies. They were good, I'm not sure what changed. I'm paying $6.50 for a cold cookie and Crumbl doesn't want to use up some electricity to heat up my cookie. Thanks.

Really bad experience. I ordered 12 cookies, ordering experience was poor… no service. I understand this is xmas time and people are busy but I was only one in line with few customers waiting. Step 2 - I waited for pickup. I asked after 10 mins, i was told that it will take another 15 minutes. I drove to other stores and came back in 20 mins. Asked again, was told to wait another 15-20 minutes. I lost it… and asked to cancel my order. Worst part is I wasted about 45 minutes and the lady - manager on duty didn’t even blink…. her attitude was like… good - one less customer to deal with. Too expensive for this level of customer service.

On a busy day before Christmas, I placed an order for pickup. The app gave me a 12:40pm pickup time but I was in the area a half hour before then. I went into the store to see if there was any way to pick up my order early. The lady that attended me was very nice and promptly started to get my order ready. Everyone working there was very busy making cookies in the back, the place was very clean and neat. I was on my way with my cookies in 5 minutes. The cookies are delicious.
