Wingstop — Restaurant in Riverbank

The location was busy, my brother and I had gone in on a Saturday. We ordered at 1:45 and sat down, the cashier had immediately walked up to my brother and me and said that my brother's ticket didn't print out and he needed the receipt and my brother emphasized for his order (a plain chicken sandwich with NO pickles) that there be no pickles, the cashier wrote it on the receipt. The ticket machine was having problems. The order came out 30 minute later with pickles and I went up there an explained the issue, a girl who I can only assume was the lead cook came up and began arguing with me saying "when people order plain they typically want pickles, and no where was it written on the ticket no pickles" the lead cook was rude, trying not to let me get a word in, and all it took was for me to point at the ticket that was just put down for me to see her face drop and go back to make another sandwich. I had asked if my ticket was back there and when I went up over an hour later it was not even up there, they offered to give me 10 boneless wings for the inconvenience and thankfully we both got our food and left, they gave my brother an extra order of fries for the inconvenience.

This is one place I will not stop again. The young girl at the counter was almost completely clueless. Every question had to be referred to someone else. The food, on the other hand, tasted more like 4 day leftovers. First, I ordered the loaded Buffalo fries. What an absolute joke. They came out look warm, and their idea of loaded was nothing more than Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. So to get somewhat of a meal, I had to spend more money and order a small order of wings. I chose the Korean flavor because I like slightly spicy foods. The wings were way overcooked. More like they had been reheated several times. The Korean sauce was barely enough to cover half the wings. Unexceptable. Secondly, the place wasn't very clean. There was food on the floor in both the kitchen and the dining area. The restrooms were somewhat of a disaster. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a good while. There were several spots on the tile floor that were incredibly slick. They messed up on my order twice, and I did wait 30+ minutes today as of (6/17/22). And there were plenty of upset and angry customers. So my order was wrong, but this one employee he was maybe 19? Had curly hair was very nice and decided to make my order. What irritates me the most, (coming from a fast-food employee myself) is that we are always under rush, people shouldn’t treat fast food workers as if they are useless objects, we are just making your food to fulfill your appetite! Especially indicating anger on someone who’s probably barely 18 and is just trying to make money. Yes, I was impatient but I totally understood that they were busy. It’s seriously disgusting how horrible customers treat employees. Not to only mention those middle-aged women laughing sarcastically and complaining about the wait to a random customer waiting while making small talk. Seriously it’s annoying! But whoever you are, male with curly hair with ear piercings, ignore their attitude and anger that they are throwing at you. Keep doing what...
