They need to change hours, I spend/spent allots money For the great food. When it’s convenient I guess they make their own hours work for themselves. The listing still says “ closes soon” not sure if the integrity of their franchise is reflected in the hours they post but a lie is enough to keep me from keeping them in mind when I’m in a pinch. Maybe I’m a cry baby , maybe y’all need to save me the time and effort it takes to get there when I need it most. So sad to bad , lesson learned. 6 minutes is 6 minutes, just out it in your posted hours so ya don’t make people feel like idiots for trusting the name and reputation. Was willing to support you when I think it’s mutual BYE!

So this was thier response after I contacted them To give them an opportunity to make it right. This is laughable (oh please) (I can’t make this stuff up) Them: “Hello James, Thank you for reaching out to us with your experience at the Riverbank – Claribel Rd restaurant location. We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused. As we strive to offer complete guest satisfaction, it is important that we take responsibility and make this right for our guests. We will share your comments with the leadership for this location and they will share it with their team members. We would like to make this up to you and invite you back. If you are a member of our VIF Loyalty program, please provide the email address that is associated with your account. If you are not a member of our loyalty club, please visit your app store to download Farmer Boys VIF. Once you have completed the sign-up process, please let us know so that we can load a Free Side of your choice Reward to your VIF Loyalty account, or we can provide a coupon code to use at a participating restaurant.”
Me: So you are inviting me back ( you must mean before the last 6 minutes of closing) You want me to download your app (what kind of free information you collect from that is anybody’s guess) Sign up for a ” VIF Loyalty account”because I am assuming y’all think you have my loyalty at this point? ( taking note that my time waisted trip that started this all was just the tip of the iceberg) The time it took to run down there and the time to go through this process you are suggesting then to actually make a trip for the grand reward of a possible “”Free Side Reward” is gut busting hilarious at this point! This is cynical entertainment for me at this point. To consider this an insult would assume more competence than this corporation is worthy of. I don’t mind poisoning myself with fast food on occasion for the convenience of a quick meal every so often, but that doesn’t or did not mean I am completely void of self respect or value for my own time. I’m not sure if you just put me into a response bot for a clean up comment to make yourselves appear as though y’all care about your customers or if this is actually poor judgment of a customer relations employee. Either way it only serves to wash the confidence out from the dangling thread of hope I had in seeing my value as a customer restored. Bottom line is y’all had a complaint about a performance issue that should have served to improve the reputation of your company and your response to me was,Do a sign up process Give us your email address, Download our app, Profess your Loyalty, and we will give you a “Free Side Reward”?!! Not that we cared at all about the time it took to travel down to our establishment and be turned around , we apologized for that ( thank you) It’s the idea that y’all lead me down a path to nowhere (and I took it) That is what makes this so funny to me Well played! To have mice and filth at your restaurant just recently is unacceptable. I was unaware of this and this should never be happening. I also am having problems at your restaurant. On December 3rd I went into your establishment and I ordered the Farmer Burger zucchini sticks and a soda. The Farmer Burger that I ordered is the one with the two small patties. This is how I ordered it I ordered it just the meat cheese bacon avocados and bread. Ask for that burger to be on its own plate I asked for three ranch extra napkins and silverware. When they brought me my food zucchini sticks and ranch were perfect my burger had everything on it. So I asked them to remake it. When they bring it back this time it had pickles. I hate pickles. So I send it back and they remake it and then finally it comes out alright meat cheese bacon avocado and bread. I eat my food. As I leave I asked your employees if they would please bust my table because I am a handicapped person and need help. The minute I got done asking for the help one of your Cooks in the kitchen laughed at me. When I left this hurt my feelings. When I got in my truck I decided to go back inside and talk to the manager because of what to cook did hurt my feelings. After speaking to the regional manager and she promised me my whole meal would be reimbursed the burger the zucchini sticks and a soda. Went in on Monday the 15th and talk to a lady named Yosemite and she informed me that I can only get the burger I informed her that I was promised the whole meal and she says you can only get the burger at this time I decided to go ahead and pay for my food. I called farmer boys today and talked to somebody that said they were the second person in command and that the owner was out of the country. She basically told me and I quote you are not getting nothing out of f me. Try explaining what was promised to me and your manager staff was not listening at all it was like they didn't even care. Read moreI went here yesterday because I specifically wanted their onion rings. I placed my very simple order at the counter it was a Farmer Burger with no pickle and Onion Rings instead of Fries. It shows my order was taken by 9-Daisy G
When the order was taken and the receipt was printed everything appeared correct on the receipt but when the food was brought out the server brought fries instead of onion rings and the burger still had pickle on it.
The whole thing really angers me, Why was my order brought out incorrectly? Seemed like it was because the people working there were racist and just wanted to try to disrespect me by bringing me whatever they wanted aside from and the opposite of what I actually ordered.
Also how do you mess up such a basic order for one person? This is what also angers me. The inability of people to follow basic directions angers me.
I hadn't eaten all day on account of working all day which is common for me nearly all my life and I was just craving a burger and some onion rings specifically after a long day of working all day and not eating and attempting to enjoy some food and relax just ended up pissing me off.
I also want to mention that this is not the first time or location that an employee from Farmer Buys has angered me also. I remember going to the location off Prescott a previous time simply wanting to order some chicken strips and fry's in a combo and the racist employee behind the counter got all crazy with me because I wanted the 3 chicken strips with a side of fry's or onion rings with them and she was telling me that's not possible for me to order that and that I could either get the chicken strips by themselves and a different side or no side only the chicken strips by themselves it was stupid and it pissed me off and she was wrong I could order the combination she said I couldn't but she was just being racist and hateful towards me was all it was really.
Ultimately Farmer Boys your employees are hateful and racist and your food isn't good enough...
