My husband and I have been going to this Round Table for years. Our family LOVES Pizza so we order alot. Our favorite is Round Table. About a year and a half ago I had a problem with my order and the shift leader argued with me then, but over time I let it go because I REALLY LOVE Round Table Pizza.
Over the last month I have ordered from them three times and all three times it has been undercooked. The first time, I called and they did not argue and sent out another pizza. The second time (stupid me) I ate it because it was late and I thought what harm could it do??? Well I was sick for a week. The worst part is I am pregnant so that entire time I was worried about the baby, not to mention miserable.
So tonight when I ordered I asked that they cook it well done. The pizza came 45 minutes later, my niece and nephew rushed to eat, then I took a bite. It was undercooked AGAIN! I called and spoke to Michael (the evening Shift Leader) who proceeded to argue with me about the fact they cooked it in their middle oven and he personally cut it and noticed the outside extra brown. I agreed the oustside was extra brown but said it was not cooked in the center.... After going back and forth several times, he said he could send me a coupon or refund my money.... Me being pregnant, got a little emotional and said fine refund my money and I guess I'll eat something else tonight, since you don't want to send out a cooked pizza and hung up. Of course my sister called back and make sure they do refund me. The driver is supposed to be out to bring me my refund receipt soon and I will be sending back their raw pizza so they can see I wasn't trying to get over, but they lost a good customer.
Michael should learn that the customer is always right and if you don't know what to do ask, they doesn't mean do everything, but had he said he'd send out another pizza they would have never lost my business... We still have Pizza Plus and Mountain Mike's, they will be getting my business from now on. I'll eat Round Table elsewhere but NEVER AGAIN...
Read moreLet me start by saying this use to be my got to place it was the best but NOW...This place is awful always always always messes up my order when I call to tell them they insist I bring the pizza in an return to have it fixed I ask for a quarter amount of cheese used an explain my son has problems with large amounts of dairy so what do they do the literally do a quarter of the pizza just cheese to make it even better I pay for the large bbq chicken speciality pizza and what do they tell me when I call to say they did it wrong they tell me that's why we don't customize pizzas and that I can't special request my food what bs needless to say I go else where an they seem to get it right with no rude comments because they did it wrong. Also the buffet is always packed and so there's never good pizza or twist ever up its always wiped out. I suggest for such a huge store front they get better service I was highly disappointed with the food and the way the manager himself...
Read moreThe first time I went in to this Round Table a guy was working there alone and he took a minute to come to the front but that was okay. While taking my order he spoke very slow and didn't seem very friendly or knowledgeable about the products. He wouldn't smile or look at me while talking to me.. I waited for my food and it was good but I left not feeling welcomed or valued as a customer at all. Today I was craving pizza and was getting ready to order from here again.. While talking to the woman working she was ignoring questions I was asking her and when I was telling her what I want she was ringing it all up individually instead of as the lunch meal. Which meaqns charging me more for something they have for less. RIDICULOUS!! Very poor customer service...
