Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Riverbank

I would like for everyone to know how AMAZING the team here is. June was probably one of the roughest month in my entire life. I had found out that I had cancer in my body. After receiving the news, I still had errands to run so I decided to go get a coffee. I was trying so hard to not let that news ruin my day and when I was asked how I was doing I started to cry, I told them the news I had just received. The kind words of encouragement and even offering prayers for me, was so generous and sincere I felt the love. Well in the same month I had surgery to remove these cells and the team had asked me to keep them updated and that they would keep me in their prayers. Today I went to grab a coffee and I saw my friends, and they asked how did everything go and I told them the amazing news that they were able to remove all the cancer from my body and my chances were now even less than they had predicted of it returning. My hand was held, the love and the sincerity was real, it was truly felt. And I teared up bc from friends they became family. Well it didn’t tend there, the entire staff came out to say congrats from being cancer free and told me how much they loved me. I have NEVER felt so much love, that I just started bawling my eyes out! This team is truly special and really cared!!! This isn’t the only time this team have been there for me when I truly needed it! None of this is part of their duties, but they go above and beyond and there are truly no words to tell them how much it meant to me! How their love was truly felt with every inch of me! Thank you so my my friends/family! You will forever be in my heart! I love you guys so much! And have brought tears of joy to me and my mom when I told her what they did for me today! ❤️ they celebrated my news that brought me to life with joy and love! FOREVER...

I really really like ant to love this store but haven’t. Three times in a row it has been so incredibly slow.

I think we have a management, training issue here. I believe this place is in need of guidance and better structure.

The order takers often disappear when lines start to catch up. Why are you leaving. I watch three cars back out and leave because no one was out there to take the order.

Your job is to be seen and take orders. Whey do they always retreat inside? If it’s to help out inside then you’re understaffed. Fix it.

The time before this visit there was one car at the window when I pulled in. So I pulled all the way to behind that car because… no one was out there to take my order. It took a few minutes to complete that cars transaction so I pull up. Meanwhile a few more cars are behind me now and the person comes out from the store to take orders. I pull up to the window and the person at the window can’t figure out why I didn’t order with the person taking orders. I explained there wasn’t anyone there. They just returned. He looked confused. I said who was I supposed to order with? Nobody was there. He said but they are there now. I’m thinking to myself what is going through this persons mind? Nobody was there!!! He said ok, well I can take your order here. Ugh!

This is a new store. I get it. But.. it’s been a few weeks and this place has fallen off the table. I see a lack of motivation to be good.

You want to see excellence. Go right next door to the Starbucks. They are phenomenal. Seven cars deep and will be through the line in five minutes or less. Yesterday I had seven cars in front of me and it took 35 minutes. I don’t have that kind of time as I’m trying to...

I purchase a drink here semi often. Today I purchased a hot Carmel Pumpkin Brulee. As it's being made the server turns and sneezes 5 times. Asking her if she washed her hands she stated "I sneezed into my shirt" lifting the T shirt over her face.. At this point she starts to grab ingredients to finish off my Hot drink. I ask for another drink the person making the drink started to make another for me. I ask the gal making the new drink to hand it to me. At this point the gal making the new drink pushes it off to sneezie. At this point I tell them to Keep Your Drink and promptly drive out. This is Really Shitty Service by Y'all. I'll not be back again to this location. The girl taking orders outside was a really sweet young lady. You must learn to be sanitary around your drink making areas.
