Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Riverbank

Lived in riverbank for a year visited 4 times total, each time has been during a moment of optimism thinking “maybe this time it will be better”. Without fail my husband comes home from the drive through cussing about his terrible experience. Wait times consistently bad, unfriendly workers, never ask if we want sauce, and when we remember to ask for sauce we are given inappropriate amounts. And probably the worst offense, missing, wrong, and poorly prepared food EVERY TIME. Burgers with mismatched ingredients, cold over cooked tacos, (you’d think that wouldnt be possible but they’ve managed to do it), food with no lettuce or sauce, and of course the token missing item. So the first girl named RILEY was being totally rude and judgemental. Being received with dirty looks upon entry, I felt very disrespected and offended as a person of color. I've never felt so attacked ordering food. The only good thing was that one of her co-workers stepped in and stopped her in her tracks. We got our food, but she forgot our milkshake. NEVER AGAIN !!! I will never even pull into this shopping center again due to this Jack in the Box. We stopped in on a Saturday night only one other car in drive thru.(which should have been our first sign) We ordered and were treated like second class citizens.
