Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Riverbank

So let me start by saying that this is Little Cesar’s and certainly isn’t the best pizza but my kids love it. They wanted it for dinner tonight and so over to the store we go. We arrive, place our order, and then it’s oh, we are only taking cash. We have it posted right there. I ask why that is and get no answer. Guess the economy is getting that tough huh? Total garbage that a place is only taking cash, this isn’t a food truck and everyone elses internet is working just fine. I mean the pin pads aren’t even out. Kind of weird and pretty unacceptable if you ask me. On top of that, the kids working were nice enough but God, give them some training because they had no clue at all tonight. Totally lost.

Oh and it sucks that you can’t order the crazy puffs on DoorDash.

Ok so let me update this. Over a month later and kids want this cardboard again. I go on the little Cesar’s app because I made a joke to myself about them, probably not taking cards again. I get through to place my order and try to pay and get an alert that says they are not taking online orders at this time. So I get in the car and come down to the store. It is 8:40 PM and what do you know there are signs up saying that they are taking cash only! What a joke. I asked a couple questions and the kid says apparently it is corporate that is telling them they can only take cash. He said they were told nothing at all about anything. They showed up one day and the chip readers didn’t work. SUPER INCONVENIENT! I asked for 2 large pizzas and an Italian cheese bread and he had to ask if they could make it…at 8:40pm. Omg. Thank the good lord for them that the guy in the back said yes because I was already heated. I asked him why they weren’t taking online orders and he said they turned it off because they’re about to close. I said when did you turn it off? 8pm sir he says. Well that’s just swell! Cash only to evade taxes is what I’m starting to see. This is mostest carapiestest place in town. Definitely calling your corporate but I’m sure they won’t...

Ridiculous! Came here about a month ago since I was passing thru town. Picked up my order and by the time I got home to escalon, realized they screwed up on my order. I had 3 not so happy kids!! I called little Caesar and spoke to someone. They said they would write my name and a note saying they owed me and would replace everything next time I was in town. Just called and ordered. Told them the situation, they said they would call the owner about it. Came to pick up my order....manager never called the owner and instead of REPLACING my order from last time that they said they would replace, she gave me a very small discount on one order of...

Terrible service... ordered extra pineapple on my pizza. They either gave me the wrong pizza or didn’t put anything extra on. So then called after a 15 minute drive home and the employee said he did put extra pineapple on pizza. Look peeps I realize it’s just a pizza however when you work in a strong customer service based job it makes me crazy that I have to go absolutely over the moon and around the corner for my customers. All I was offered was to take a 30 minute drive to get extra pineapple on my pizza. SMH. Yes will not be returning. Also yes I’m going to open the box before I leave....
