Let me start off by saying that the manager there tried his best to be patient and nice and he was. I am not complaining about the manager. I am complaining about the food. The food was absolutely horrible. Let’s start off with the rice, there was yellow rice that smelled old and tasted like garbage. Then let’s start out with the chicken and broccoli it tasted like I was chewing a lard of shark shit. Then let’s talk about the lady who goes around and cleans the counters where the food is. That was absolutely disgusting. How she took a rag and almost did, or probably did put it inside the Food. I don’t know if this woman is related to the owner, but he really needs to evaluate who he is hiring because she looked absolutely miserable and look like she didn’t care if she was putting the dirty towel In the food. It doesn’t matter if somewhere you go is busy whoever is working needs to work efficiently and make sure that they’re not contaminating the food with their rags. The waitress was like a horror movie. I gave her a six dollar tip and that was way too much she was rushing she had an attitude I will never go back to this place. I suggest anyone that eats here you need to check your food look at the surroundings look at the people that are working there. Look at the way there cleaning. Also, when ordering the hibachi the guy doesn’t even tell you when the food is ready. He was rude and it was disgusting shame on this place you need to run this place better you need to get new people to work and you need to remind your workers that regardless of how busy they are they need to be courteous, customer, friendly, and happy that they have a job. What a horrible experience what a horrible amount of money I paid...

I often go to the Grand buffet in Ramsay, but I recently went to the flaming grill a few times First of all, it's a good price and the menu is diverse.

The problem is that the restaurant does not refill its food from 8 p.m. When all the popular dishes are empty, the food will no longer be served, the dishes will be removed, and the regular cheap food will be served on the spot.

This restaurant is open until 10:30 on Fridays. I arrived with my friends just after 8pm. All the sushi was dry. There was some salmon sushi left. I ate salmon sushi and tuna sushi and they were all dry... but after half an hour all the salmon sushi was empty.

I wanted to eat salmon sushi, so I waited for it to be refilled again. But it wasn't refilled until I left the store... Other empty foods weren't refilled either. It wasn't refilled until at least 9:15. I don't think those plates would have been refilled after I left.

My observations show that after 8 o'clock, even if the food runs out, it's barely refilled. And the steak meat is as tough as rubber. Because it's old.

If you go to this restaurant after 8 o'clock, it's like eating the trash left by others.

The Grand buffet has no variety of menus and is a little expensive, but the food refills until the end. And the staff is kinder.

Flaming grills need to train the staff a little more, make the food a little more often and refill it. If you're going to look at my review, you'll know that the sushi is dry and the steak is hard like rubber and doesn't refill when the food is empty.

This was my first time visiting this place . It was my daughter’s 30th Birthday lunch /dinner from me. The entire experience from to start to finish was not good . The person who seated us was not friendly at all she never smiled or made you feel welcome , next the person who took our drink order did not smile or seem friendly, I actually asked her if she was okay to which she replied she was so tired , so I can sympathize with her for that. I went thinking we they had crab legs and they did but they were more like crab pieces and they actually didn’t taste right so we didn’t eat them , I did tell the waitress that they tasted funny just incase they were bad . My grandson wanted pizza and after waiting 30 minutes they finally bought out the small pie . I ate a little of the seafood salad which was good .
