Vibe Burger — Restaurant in Riverdale

Absolutely abhorrent costumer service. First of all coming from someone that worked in multiple restaurants that served wings exclusively, their wings are underwhelming and weren't even worth the trouble we had to go through to get them. In terms of the manager that we spoke to about our missing items for our order, she was rude would not let me speak and cause a bigger issue than there needed to be. We had ONE order of wings missing which should have been right at their restaurant ready to go, I was willing to pick them up although I'm pregnant and didn't want to drive with possible black ice on the road- but no- I had to CALL GRUBHUB to issue a charge back and reorder the food that I ALREADY ORDERED. WHAT? Like I was lying and they had to "make sure" when it was THEIR MISTAKE. Absolutely ridiculous, I have managed multiple restaurants and this was way more involved than it needed to be. We called grubhub for a refund, and got it. We did not reorder this missing order, I reheated some old food in the fridge instead, it was better than their wings anyway. BE AWARE that they will try to scam you out of money- they wanted us to reorder and pay a delivery fee a second time. Disgusting way to do business, we will never order...

The pictures of the food drew us in. We weren’t sure what to make of the place. It had bar vibes, arcade vibes, and lounge vibes. It was pretty big and looked like a nice place to have a party. It looked to be adult and kid friendly. Everyone was very nice and did not hesitate to speak or offer help.

Back to the food. The nachos were the best nachos that I have ever tasted. The perfect cheeses, the salsa was amazing, the tortilla chips were not at all bland. Every ingredient had something to offer.

My fries were obviously homemade. Perfect size and texture with the right amount of salt. One person had a burger and she was thoroughly impressed. She said it was well seasoned. Another person had the grilled salmon sandwich. And it looked beautiful. The salmon looked so juicy. And she loved it.

I had a hotdog. A wagyu beef hotdog. I love hotdogs but I am very picky about them. This hotdog was great. It was a quality choice of hotdog, so well worth the price. The grilled onions were perfect. And the bun was slightly sweet and grilled. It was amazing. It was the perfect place to visit...

Omg this place was delicious! We ordered for the first time tonight. Was originally going to order through Grubhub but had a few questions so I called the restaurant directly. Brian the owner was so polite and patient with me and all of my questions. He explained to me how kid friendly there indoor dining is with arcade and virtual reality and one of my favorites it’s BYOB!! We wound up ordering for delivery, the snow crab legs, the most delicious lobster roll I’ve ever eaten, the get your goat salad, lobster bisque soup (that I had to share with the entire family because it was amazing) a vibe burger (my husband mmmmmed while eating, and the galaxy cone for my little one who was covered in a blue faced grin from ear to ear! From the initial call to the end of our empty containers Vibe Burger is definitely worth every penny! Thank you Brian for your amazing personality and suggestions and thank you to your amazing Chef Darryl for filling my family’s belly’s with this delicious food! Can’t wait to come in and check it out....
