I ordered a 30 PC meal (so naturally splitting the flavors is an extra fee especially after 2nd , if you're that lucky nowadays) so I don't know why with the name 'hotlanta wings' and not have hot/lemon pepper on the menu (which below u see I attempted to search for #1 for them where they were invited and u see that although I didn't get the Answer ..come on ๐ pepper was invited here). My date and I waited patiently for our turn but somehow in all the waiting in line and conversation we missed the order speaker. I told the lady at the window I missed the order speaker. I told her to allow me to place my order and I'll pull to the side and wait until it's done. She with an incredibly nasty attitude told me no that I have to get back in the long line again. I explained that I jyst waited a half hour plus jyst to get here. She closed the window in my face. I asked for the manager she said she was the manager. So clearly, I got no food. Never will I ever return and I'll make sure I use every means available to get others to not go as well. I will not refund the big order I feel as small businesses it is your responsibility to look after your customers.
