Americas Deli — Restaurant in Riverdale

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak meal to go. Second bite in, bread was soggy and wet at the bottom as if it had been sitting for a while. The French fries burnt and tasted as if it was fried in old grease. I spat out what I had tried into the trash can and immediately called to notify them of me needing a refund. Mixie was kind and asked me to return my order when I can for a refund. I could not make it back the same night due to leaving work after their closing hours, so I returned the order the next after noon. The Asian lady was very rude and started talking over me and raising her voice. She was really acting like the refund was coming from her pocket or her paycheck. The rest of the staff is kind and friendly, but the Asian lady that is checking customers out was very rude, unprofessional, and clearly did not care about customer satisfaction due to food that was not served in decent condition. Lady was very rude and disrespectful because I asked for extra ketchup. I come there too often. She told me that it was already extra in the bag, AFTER she saw me look in the bag. I loved this place. Normally great customer service but today I was very disappointed with the owner . I asked for something I was use to getting and she told me to take my money and go.
