When you are craving a big burger with everything on it. This is the place to go. They have great prices and great meal deals. The dollar menu is good too. It has hot dogs and corn dogs to name a few. I am glad we have this place on the southside. 🙂 BUT to be honest alot of the people who take your orders are dry and rude. When you get your juicy burger its half off the bun with a mountain of sliced raw onions. Just sloppy presentation every time. I have gotten so use to it. I have began to believe this is how the cooks were trained to make them? Like a real cook out. Although it doesn't go down like that at any real back yard cook out I have been to. But I digress. My thing is I work hard for every dollar I make. I know I am not alone there. I just can't stand rude drive through employees who obviously can't stand they job. And take it out on me. When all im trying to do is feed my family after a hard days work. I guess people who work in a Drive-Thru don't get that or better yet they don't care. They just ready to get off... I guess. But guess what I am "that one" person who will take time out of my night to tell Google just how I really feel. Maybe management will see this and realize that other hard working people who get a CHOICE of where they want to spend their 10-15$ feel. Its crazy I have a love hate relationship with this particular location. I really wish they would do better. And this is for the after 7pm crew mostly. I am the "ONE" who will write a 150 word review and take my 10-15$ ans go make my own burgers and frys. I know a few of your employees. Will be like go ahead and do that. But think on this. If more people lile me CHOOSE to do so. Your hours will be CUT. And thats less money for you and yours. It may not be that serious to you but for me. Im one more poor experience away from black listing this location. Its to many other great customer service restaurants on this street. I don't need a sloppy burger that bad. I have OTHER options. So although the food maybe OK.... One Moe time and im good...
Read moreI frequent this location due to me being a General Manager at an establishment on Hwy 85. This place usually has the best customer service. Tonight was not the night. The girl at the Togo window which the “Night General Manager” said name was Lauren however I see Dasha on the receipt that was given. Whatever her “real” name is she is very disrespectful. To start off she handed me someone else’s order, I caught it before grabbing it because I knew I didn’t order milk shakes. She got my order completely wrong and had an attitude with me as if I was the one that made my food incorrectly. I am very precise when ordering my food and the receipt shows exactly what I ordered but didn’t get. There were no onions on my Cajun chicken sandwich or lettuce. When I told her that I didn’t have all of my items she kept saying it’s in the bag. As I kept showing her it’s not she finally slammed the window went back in and found the bag she accused me of having and said “Here’s the bag” and slammed the window. At this point I’m flabbergasted. I went inside to speak with the guy that stated that he was the “Night General Manager” and he hesitated when giving me the girl at the register name and I still don’t think he gave me the correct name. I explained the unprofessional behavior and for him to ask me “What do you want” had me confused because I’m explaining to you that your associate is being disrespectful and that’s the response I get. I explained to him that I don’t want anything but great customer service being that I’m a paying customer that frequent this location like almost daily and that’s the same thing he should want for his shift as the “Night General Manager”. This situation has made me not trust them and I will never go to this...
Read moreMy order at cookout is always the same. I usually get five milkshakes to take home with me and I keep them in the freezer so that when I want one I have it. I am disabled and I don't drive so I'd have to depend on others to take me where I wanted to go. I was so glad when I saw that they had delivery service. Then they didn't have delivery service. Then once again they did have delivery service. And then once again they didn't have delivery service. When I checked the last time they do have delivery service and when I went to send in my usual order the menu said they serve no drinks or milkshakes on their delivery menu! I'm not sure what the thought process was about this decision that was made, but I don't think it was a very long process because surely you would not drop one of the items that you are known to serve that is so good and take it off your menu. The only answer that I can come up with is either they don't have enough people to take care of this business. Or the people they have are not trained properly. I understand from a lot of people that they're drive through line is usually wrapped around the building two or three times and that that continues most of the day and night. My only conclusion is they must not be expediting these orders in a expedient way or they need to redesign their assembly of products to speed up their service. Maybe they should ask Chick-fil-A how they serve people so fast. And Chick-fil-A does have milkshakes and they do serve them along with a lot of other beverages. I wrote the company I got one email back saying that they were going to file that complaint. I don't know if that means they're going to stuff it in a drawer somewhere to never see the light...
