Krispy Kreme in Riverdale, GA is the worst with having professional customer service. I went to this location and proceeded in the drive thru. At that time it was 9:50 pm and out of nowhere I heard a loud voice saying ma'am we're closed. A lady that works there standing in the drive-thru turning customers away. I asked "what time you close?". She says 10 pm and I look at the time it was 9:50 pm. I told her it is 10 minutes left before closing. She had the audacity to say "by the time you get to the window it will be 10 pm". I wasn't going to argue with an ignorant person, so I got out my car and took a picture of the contact info on the store's door. She walks over where I was and asked what I was doing. I told her getting the information to contact your corporate office. I've called the corporate office twice and reported to a Representative, no one in leadership has yet to call me back. Also, previously I visited this location and an employee had the audacity to say they turn off the hot sign because everybody will see it's on and start coming. She told me that because I asked when will the hot doughnuts be ready. At that time hot doughnuts were available, because I had received some. I've decided to leave a review here so others can see the bad experiences. Never will I visit this place again and I love their doughnuts but they will not get my business again with unprofessional employees working there. It's sad some people want a paycheck, but don't want to work for it. And does not know how to be professional with world class...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe place itself was nice! The hostess on duty at the time (Chantel) was very unfriendly, very short with us and made us feel as if we were expecting more than standard service. She made us feel like we were a nuisance rather than a customer. She acted like we were asking too much of her for asking her to simply serve us what we ordered! We asked for apple fritters she said "There ain't any more except for that one". We asked if it was fresh and she said "No it was cooked at 11 o'clock" . It was around 4 o'clock at the time. We asked if they could cook a few more. She said "No, we don't cook them to order. They only cook them twice a day. Her attitude behind the statement was very rude. We understand that you guys have guidelines and procedures that you follow, however the young lady that served us was very unprofessional. Towards the end of our check out, we decided to order coffee. This young lady served us burnt coffee, it was old and she knew that it was because she offered to make us a new pot. At that point I asked for a refund for my coffee. You could probably get better business or more business if you didn't have that rude inconsiderate bitter young woman at the front. During this time of season, customers would like to be greeted with a smile and treated like their money is of value to your company. I also wanted to buy a coffee cup, and she was rude about giving me the price for the cup, she snapped at me. This young lady needs more coaching and training for the position that she holds up front...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy visit on 12/01/19 between 5:45p.m. and 6:p.m. was definitely a pleasant experience. The moment we entered we were greeted with a welcoming voice and asked how could we be helped, as we approached the counter her name tag read (Delois), she displayed the nicest greeting along with patience and understanding of our crazy selections for two dozen of delectable š©.
The interior was neat and surroundings maintained very nicely. Their display casings were clean and completely filled with delicious HOT favorites š©.
We never felt rushed or uncomfortable while deciding selections of š©, this employee "Delois" was professional and patient as well as helpful in assisting us, so I feel that a shoutout was earned for this employee.
The cashier/host was a very plesant young man named (Craig) who equally was as pleasant and professional as his counterpart. Overall our experience was a first at this location and everlasting, because of these Employees we will revisit this particular store again.
I believe that if Employees represent their Employer in a professional manner then it should be appreciated by the customers and acknowledged by their management team. The Employees are a crucial benefit to the business revenue, therefore, should be rewarded by Management to encourage others. So (KUDOS) to Delois, Craig and the Team on duty because you bring the customers. You've earned...
