I only order here when I am at work because unfortunately we only have 2 places to order from for lunch (pizza or Chinese). The food is great but the customer service SUCKS. These people are rude from the minute they pick up the phone. When they answer they rush you to put in your order almost saying hurry hurry. The switch people in the middle of me giving an order without letting me know & then ask "what you want!". We as a company have been ordering from here for years. You would think we would get more appreciation for our business. These people are rude and very unprofessional. Down to the delivery guys, nasty asking for more tip & just being plain rude and always rushing. One delivery guy complained the whole time (two minutes) as we waited on a doctor for a signature (she was in a surgery & couldn't come out right away). It was tough to rate this restaurant fairly. 1 reviewer said authentic Chinese, best he had un 50 years. NO, then he has not had authentic chinese. It is Americanized Chinese food, and I have been to China. Now for Amer. Chinese food, the scallion pancakes were bad, doughy not crunchy at all, a 1 star. The basil beef was pretty decent, with enough basil and flavors, although my medium spice was more mild, but that is very subjective at each restaurant. My sister and I ordered online Friday night. The ETA of our order was 45 minutes. Hour and a half later I call and ask what is taking so long with our order and find out the food was not even made yet. I even confirm the address and the guy is saying some other address. This has happened before. When asked why the delivery took so long, the delivery guy is like it is the weekend and too many deliveries; excuse that has been used before.
