Waffle House — Restaurant in Riverdale

This really should be negative 5stars. I came back home to Atlanta to visit and couldn't wait to get some Waffle House. It's Monday night so there's only about 4 customers here. I tell the lady my order my boyfriend did the same. When the order arrived everything was wrong! Like everything except the wAffle. So I tell her slowly what we wanted remind you were her only customers so I don't know how she got the order wrong. After about 7 min she comes back with the order. My order came with everything except the BACON. I waited about 10 min for her to bring it as she was ignoring us. The bacon never came! Then while sitting there was a roach crawling on the booth in front of us as I told the staff she just used a napkin to pick the roach up. Then I started to observe the cook for I have worked in restaurants before he pulls a bloody steak out the freezer then go straight to making to go orders. Touching bread cheese etc then starts cleaning things up only to go back in the freezer to get some chicken breast out! That was the final straw I will never go back to this Waffle House ever again I will just go to old nat or the one...

The people employed at this location are rude! Willie, the cook, told me I can go to another location because I asked him to change his gloves after he picked a bottle of ketchup up from off the floor! He was frustrated that only him and Aleasha, the cashier, were the only two employees there & Aleasha who was equally annoyed got frustrated bc she needed help operating the register & constantly kept calling the manager for assistance. She told me I was asking for too much by asking her to cover my food that was sitting there without the lid on it. She insisted that she do the refund for the 2 sandwiches Willie burnt & didn't make right btw 1st before covering my food. She was cool to the guy who was there before me by offering him a drink for his patience, but when I asked her why she didn't offer me a drink for my patience, getting cursed out by Willie, and my time (nearly an hour), she had the nerve to tell me bc I worked her. She told me the manager asked her to right my number down so she could call me when she get in later that night to do the refund! This location will never see another dime...

I arrived to place an order earlier this morning and there was only 1 Cook on staff, ( LIGHT SKIN FEMALE with a low dark Ceasar man hair cut) I noticed the door was locked but I was told her to proceed to the take out window to place my order , I stood there sta

there for 12 MINUTES , patiently waited to place my order , then she decides to tell me after I been waiting there for 12-15 minutes "I'm not cooking anymore im closed" after she seen me standing at the walk up window for 12-15 MINUTES ! I said to her if u were closed why didn't you just tell me that when I first walked up instead of watching me stand there for 15 min waiting !

Normally I dont write bad reviews but im tired of the bad customer service at this waffle house and sad to say this is the closes one I live to. If you dont like your job find a new one. The unprofessionalism here is UNREAL and they need new staff ,...
