UNPROFESSIONAL- SLOW AS HELL- HOOD!!!! The Night Crew Is Just There Collecting a Check I pulled up in drive thru on a Friday Night at 9:43pm I was the 3rd car in line and It Took 30mins to get my food.I Sat at the Intercom waiting to place my order at least 10 mins...after waiting 10 or so mins in line to get to the intercom!!! Once I place my order I asked the cashier why was it taking so long...she said "Umm I Really Don't Know Right Now" and Walked Away from the window..when she came back I asked Who The M.O.D. she replied "You want me to get her -She will be at the next window. Once I get to the pick up window I Sat There Another 5-7 mins before I got my food. I watched at least 6-8ppl on Duty (or in uniforms) No One Came To The Window And Apologized for The Wait Or Why It Was Still A Hold Up on my Order...I Wasn't Given My Drink Or Even Asked If I Needed Condiments. When the Young Man Handed Me My Bag First.I Had to.Ask For My Drink...I Tasted A Fry to see if they were Hot Since I Waited ALL THAT TIME...my Fries Were COLD (had To Ask For Hot Ones) and My Burger Bun Was Hard At The Bottom.
Now The Manager Never Came To The Window Until I Complained About Hot Fries...I Never Saw Name Hates Because No One was wearing them. I spoke To The Male Manager After Asking for Hot Fries I Told Him How Long I Waited and To Only Get Cold Food.He Walked Away and A Lady Came With Blond Ponytails (Bantu Knots) in her hair. NEVER MENTIONED HER NAME ...I Told Her My Complaint She Only Apologized and Looked As If She Was Shocked I Waited From 9:43pm- 10:15pm to get my order. She Asked Was it Something she can Do...I told her I will making a complaint...She Was Only Worried If It Was On Her Or Not. I Replied the "Entire Staff that's on Duty Tonight" Because It Was Unacceptable Customer service. I Been In the Customer Service Field For Over 20years.They ABSOLUTELY DONT HAVE ANY!!! I never Received My Receipt so I was able to get the Complaint Number and Website From The Drive Thru Window....But Unfortunately No Store Number YET!!! I will be Following Up On Tomorrow...I Eat At Wendy's A lot during the Day(Lunch Breaks) so I Will Ask another Manager what The Store Number and Names Are. BUT HWY 85 RIVERDALE GA- NIGHT CREW NEEDS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE - PROFESSIONALISM PROMPTNESS DISCIPLINE ORGANIZATION TEAM WORK I worked at a Wendy's about 20 years ago...and Boy Have times and Job Requirements Have Changed!

Read morewhen I first entered Wendy's I was waiting 10 minutes to get to the speaker then I asked the lady on the speaker what was taking so long why y'all drive-thru not moving and she said she's going to see what was the hold up so finally I ordered my food then I get up there it took me 20 minutes to get to the back window I pay for my food it was a customer in front of me she was very angry I heard her yelling through the window so that was about another 20 minutes because they didn't have her order together so finally I get to Next window the young Guy who was at the window did Greek me and offered me some fries for my wait I told him no I said just give me my food so he gave me my food and my nuggets and my sandwich was ice cold I was very upset because I waited 50 minutes to get up here to get my food not good at all so I'm looking around to see what was going on in the background and all I see is employees just playing around not working not worried about getting the customers they food not helping the young guy out with nothing they did not have no customers inside the building it should not been no reason that there drive-thru was wrapped around the building Wendy's is going to continue losing money because poor management don't know how to run...
Read moreAfter 45 minutes of waiting my food was cold not to mention it always takes forever there to get food if they even decide to answer the drive threw at all. Its been many times I've stopped by there late because i get off work late and I've been ignored as if they were closed when their time on the Window said different. One time I got so angry I did something I never do I went back the next morning and asked for the manager she fed me some bs saying they were cleaning but who closes early 2 clean. Back to my experience tonight after waiting forever for cold food I didn't even eat the manager I had 2 ask for had the nerves to catch a attitude with me as if I did something wrong. I'm a manager at my job have been for years so I know how it goes I'm allot more understanding than a regular coustomer. So now as of 9/8/15 I will no longer shop at the Wendy's on Highway 85 in riverdale ga. I eat fast food more than anything and Wendy's was by far my favorite I mean I've had occasions were I've ate Wendy's 3 days in a row but now they won't be getting any more money from me I haven't ate checkers,Krystals, or mcdonalds in years because of their service guess I gotta add Wendy's to that...
