If I could give this rating zero stars I would. The only reason as to why I only gave one star is because I wouldn't be able to leave a review.
First off, my mom was ordering from the passenger side of the car. The reason why she was ordering from the passenger side was because I lost my voice due to complications with asthma. The woman taking her was very rude and disrespectful to my mom. I could tell she was irritated when we were having difficulties trying to give the order in drive-through by the way she spoke to us.
When we got to the window, she was Speaking harshly to my mom, as if she were a child. My mom tried to explain to her the situation that we were going through. However, she completely disregarded my mom. I didn't appreciate the tone that she was using my mom nor the words she spoke to my mom. You may be asking why I didn't say anything; that is because I don't want to be rude to someone that is handling food, especially food that my mom is going to eat. While my mom was trying to explain the order, she kept being interrupted, and the employee kept walking off. After receiving the food, the employee asked if we wanted any sauce however the window closed before I got to say anything. When the employee opened the window to give my mom her food I asked her for mild sauce. The employee then goes on to say "didn't you just hear me ask you what sauce you wanted?". I'm not sure what's going on in there. I don't know if she was having a bad day. However, that does not give her the right to speak to someone like that. She was disrespectful and she lacked customer service skills. I will not be going back to this establishment again And I also will be warning other people about this employee if they go to this Taco Bell...
Read moreI wanted a quick bite to eat because I have quite a bit of preparation to do before work tomorrow since I've been out of town. I saw only two cars in the drive through so I lined up. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with chicken instead of beef and easy on the sauce, a bean burrito no onion, and fiesta potatoes. Total cost: $9.80. the line didn't move fast even though it was pretty short. I got to the window and paid. My card was returned without a receipt. I supposed it would be in the bag. I got home. It was the wrong order. I went back. Lobby was closed. I had to wait in a longer line. I called. The lady didn't apologize. She didn't offer to bring the correct order out. She accused me of being rude when really I was just annoyed that a fifteen minute task was turning into something more than twice that long when I had work to do. In the end, they still gave me the wrong order. I got some kind of burrito, a Doritos loco taco, perhaps a steak chalupa, and nacho fries. I asked while still at the window if those were fiesta potatoes and was told yes.....obviously fiesta potatoes and nacho fries are not the same thing. I ate the chalupa and part of the fries and threw the rest out. 45 minutes from the time I left originally, I'm back to work. It was a lousy shift manager resulting in a...
Read moreAs a longtime fan of Taco Bell, and even a former employee, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. Over the past few years, the quality of food at Taco Bell locations has declined significantly. The least they could do is ensure good service and correct orders, but even that seems to be lacking.
In my recent visit, the taco shell was soggy and had an unpleasant taste, making it inedible. The grilled burrito was left on the flat iron too long, resulting in a burnt tortilla that was black on both sides and tasted awful. I had to peel off the burnt layers to make it somewhat edible.
The nacho fries appeared to have been pre-made and left out, arriving cold and poorly assembled. Additionally, my order was missing the two-pack of Cinnabon buns that I paid for. This was particularly frustrating because it's a simple item that should not be missed.
The only redeeming part of my visit was the dragon fruit freeze, which was enjoyable. Overall, my recent experiences at Taco Bell have been extremely disappointing, and the decline in food quality and service is...
