Antonious N&W Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

Husband and I were driving around looking for a place to eat. We stumbled upon this place, and it was the best decision ever!

From the moment we stepped foot inside we were excited to try out the food. Caroline was sweet and attentive, she explained the menu and was very helpful as well. My husband and I ended up ordering a pepperoni pizza, meatball sandwich, antipasto salad and a large drink.

The antipasto salad was good, husband said the sandwich was great, but the pizza was absolutely delicious. The sauce, cheese, pepperoni, dough omg my mouth is watering..was amazing. It tasted fresh and it was cooked to perfection. The prices of these pizzas are a great deal too.

Another thing we noticed since we ate inside, is that there was a steady flow of customers ordering and going in. Caroline always greeted them and even when people phoned in orders she knew a few of the callers! So personable and professional.

We even took home 2 slices of pizzas and my mom and nephew loved it and asked where we got it from!overall, I'm glad we found this place and we can't...

Moved back to California after 11 years. And was so happy that Antonious Pizza was still here. Was very skeptical if the quality had changed after 11 years. So I called up and spoke with Caroline. The best customer service you would think she owned the joint. But she informed me she is just a happy worker. I am very pleased to say the pizza is still the best in Riverside and still excellent! And still very delicious and tasty! Exactly exactly as I remember it being. I will definitely go in and have to say hello to Caroline. I asked her if she was the owner because she was so excited and positive about the pizza. I would refer anybody and everybody to come to Antonious Pizza. I don't think you're going to find a better Pizza in Riverside at their prices. I cannot explain to you how awesome the crust was. It was soft and flaky in the places that it needed to be. The cheese was so ooey gooey melty. And quality ingredient toppings were chosen. A stellar class...

Most my experiences here have been great, but on this particular day George gave you guys a bad name. I ordered 2 large pizzas. Upon receiving my pizzas I asked for cheese and peppers. George then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have either. I expressed that I wish that would have been addressed when I ordered the pizza. He then shrugged his shoulders and said he has “too much other stuff going on to be worried about that.” I was shocked by that response and I told him that my pregnant wife might be extreme to the point of Complaining. His immediate response was “I can give you your money back and take the pizza” Again, blown away by the customer service response from George. He then walked to the back of the store and as I ask him if there was a manager in, he yelled back out to the front of the store, “Nope.” As a business owner myself I would be very concerned at this level of customer service by my employees.
