Del Taco — Restaurant in Riverside

The 2 ladies working today are just rude and don’t know what they are doing & clearly are to over whelmed to be working the drive thru . I placed a mobile order , and when we got to the window the lady told us it was $15 my husband handed her his card thinking it wasn’t paid for . & I had to tell her no it’s a mobile order I paid already and the cashier called the manager I guess . And she looks at us with disgust and was like “you have a mobile order ?” I showed her my phone and said yes . Then she looks at my husband and said well why did you pay then ? . He told her “ I’m sorry that was my mistake I didn’t know if you guys had the order” ( keep in mind we’ve had this happen with del taco before where they never get our order online ) & when I tell you this lady got mad she rolled her eyes and sighed so hard . Then when she gave my husband our money back she practically threw it at him that our change fell on the floor . Never will I come here again . Get better workers that can...

One of the better del tacos in the area . Great customer service and very generous portions. Example. The strawberry lemonade are like the should be in every other location. If you ever ask and end up paying for extra strawberries on your strawberry lemonade . You'll get EXACTLY THAT. and I mean EXTRA to the fullest definition. Not like all these other branches where if you even ask for extra strawberries they look at you funny , and make sure to charge you and only add maybe 2 or 3 to your drink . But no not here every time I ask for extra strawberries they fill up how it should be very generous and with no inconvenience to them. Got to live it good how guys and keep up the...

Apparently you guys are running out of meat, cheese, and lettuce... and patience.

Ordered the 2 taco meal, practically had the bag shoved in my hand and the window shut on me before I could ask for any of the hot sauce that was missing. Loved the taste of hard taco shell, too, as there was practically a pinch of meat, cheese, and lettuce (one taco had no lettuce) complete with room temperature fries.

Listen, I get that it's a half hour to close time but c'mon. Customers aren't a burden. They're your business model. I'm half tempted to drive back there and order 3 of each meal on the menu before they close just to stress the workers out and make...
