Was in Riverside location tonite. It’s become my favorite Brick Oven eatery. Staff is much more attentive than Blaze for example. They go out and mingle with the customers, and try to snag a slice, jk. The menu is vastly different than Blaze. About 6 additional different varieties. You can make it custom also.. it’s very fast. The staff is overly jubilant all the time. Refreshing to see people so excited to be there.. the primary staples there are Mika and Dennis who will bend over backwards to make sure you are too full to stand up and leave.. highly recommend this place. No. I was not paid for this advertisement. Oh. Wait. The only complaint I have is no paper towels in the men’s washroom to properly dry your face after washing off pizza or cinnamon strip remnants. Speaking of dessert. While Blaze only offers their S’more cookie, Mod offers a DELICIOUS homemade Ding Dong, (hostess cant compete), delicious Cinnamon strips with choice of 3 dipping sauces ( those are sticky and require washing off), or Cheesy Garlic strips. Again. No. I wasn’t paid for this advertisement. But I was given wet napkins to clean my...
Read moreWe’ve visited Mod several times, several different locations. We always love it but today was exceptional. We were served by Brooklyn and she was amazing. She really took her time with us and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. I’m a little picky and my daughter has food allergies, so we aren’t the easiest customers. Brooklyn served us with warmth and a smile and offered wonderful suggestions to help us. My only complaint is that I tried to tip her for her awesome service and she said she was not allowed to accept tips and that it had to go in the tip jar. I told her, no and that I was handing the money to her directly and she politely declined and said again that she was not allowed. I understand it’s a team effort at Mod but I think that if a customer wants to tip an individual person, that person should be able to accept it. Also, the restaurant could use a good scrub down. The walls and corners of the back booth are...
Read moreToday was my first time eating Mod Pizza for lunch. I went ahead and ordered a Build Your Own. The young lady who helped me was friendly, and she answered a few questions I had. She also did an excellent job putting the ingredients on the pizza. I had light red sauce and a bit of the white sauce. I asked for light cheese and five pepperoni with a bit of sprinkle oregano and black pepper. I liked that the crust was super thin, and they asked if we wanted a ranch on the side. There is no extra charge for the ranch, which is a good thing compared to other pizza places. I normally don't have it with ranch, but today, I did get it. I know my pizza was very simple and delicious. I will definitely eat Mod...
