This place is a joke my wife paid her ATM card with a picture of it on her. They forgot to give it back to her but I went back to get the card they gave me somebody else's card and try to hide her card under the register. I told them do not have my wife's car go to the register and they did . I then asked for my 10 dollars and $.15 back because we could not eat her food it was cold and handed him a card he said no and hell to get back to me I asked him again and help you get the card he would not do it and would not give us back the card . He told me my wife had to come down to pick up a card so I called her she came down he also asked for her drivers license she did not have it with her but remember the picture is on her ATM card so he still would not release it to her so she went home and got her drivers license. .. I did call the police and by this time they all leave the lease the car back to my wife and they told me if she did not come back with her drivers license and did not show her drivers license and the Jonah did not want to release her ATM card he would've been placed under arrest the employee of Carl's juniors supposedly his name is Jose Rodriguez..... anyways he should be fired for this I talk to the district managers they said they were gonna call me back but I never did get a...
Read moreThe stupidity of their current staff is MIND BOGGLING. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese and a 6 piece jalapeño poppers. Totaling $9.86. I proceed to the window where I give the cashier $10.11 with the intention on getting a solid quarter back. He tries to hand me 24 cents in loose change back, most of it drops on the ground and I'm left with 2 pennies in my hand. (In what world would a cashier not immediately assume that's not correct? WHY IN GOD'S NAME WOULD I WANT MORE CHANGE THAN I ALREADY GAVE YOU?!) He hands me my bag and shuts the window... there's no sauce for my poppers in the bag. When I FINALLY get his attention by flailing my left arm out the window he hands me 2 sauces and I head off. At home I open my sandwich to find a chicken sandwich with JALAPEÑO SLICES... NOT PEPPERJACK CHEESE. To add to the mess they have NO MANAGER ON DUTY TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS and I was told by some ridiculous shift lead that I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK. Read moreI was asked for another card because the 1st one was declined twice. That made no sense what so ever, but I had 2 hungry kids and another stop to make so I handed over another card. I was thinking I'd figure it out later. Well, the 2nd card was declined, then did a partial payment. I ended up forking over $5 cash as well. I immediately open up my bank apps to see what was going on. The very 1st swipe paid the total due. The 2nd swipe triggered a fraud stop. The 3rd swipe paid the total again. The 4th swipe paid a partial amount. I just paid twice for the dame order PLUS $5 cash. I ran inside to tell them they owe me....an hour later, another woman from another store, on her day off, had to speak to me to find out what happened. After she counted the drawers and took the shifts totals, I explained the whole thing about 5x. Not only was the registers $10 short, but it was short with my $30 overcharge. It took over an hour but I finally got cash back. Their card machines need a serious overhaul and employees need to be trained how to count money and how to handle...
