Del Taco — Restaurant in Riverside

Food was reasonably priced, freshly made, and the young man who took our order was friendly and happy to place our order just the way we like our standard family Del Taco order (extra onions on some items, ketchup only on a burger, etc.)

If you haven't tried their chicken avo or veggie bowl yet, they are pretty darned tasty. You can also substitute black beans for refried beans if you want a more flavorful burrito or tostada, and they are always happy to swap out beans in lieu of meat at my (vegetarian) request.

My experience was phenominal...I just got off work and needed something to eat fast ...Walking in for the first time was greeted by Luciano.. I believe he was the manager...he dint hesitate to ask if I was doing good after I was done with eating the great deal carnitas burrito I ordered.. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I had to put my order in through my phone cause their machine wasn't working. Turns out that's not the only thing not working. Cause I waited 18 minutes for 2 tacos and a burger... Because at 20 minutes, I asked for my money back and left.

Sarah, the shift manager was apologizing because it was taking so long because it was just 2 people, but she served 8... 8 drive through orders in the time I waited for my food.

I wasn't alone. There was one dude just trying to pick up a door dash order. 15 minutes and they still got it wrong.

While all of these issues may just be something from the shift, the restaurant was dirty. Like dirty with wear.
