I recently built a computer for the first time and after I was finished, the monitor wasn't detecting the signal. I took it to this place and the people working there said although they aren't able to inspect the motherboard or the cpu, they would at least be able to test the other possible problems, such as the memory, the graphics card, and simply the correct wiring. After not having a computer for 3 weeks, I was desperate for some kind of answer. After approximately an hour or two, they called me and said they found what the issue was and even went to the lengths of showing me that it actually works.
I additionally told them that I was planning on installing Windows 10 via a USB drive and they had me try installing it right there so I wouldn't need to come back. I guess I had the wrong kind of flash drive, so they decided to install Windows 10 for me so I could just type in the Activation Key I had after they were done installing it.
I am currently typing this review on the PC they helped fix, so I can assure you that their services are wonderful and I plan on going there again for a future visit! (They also do data recovery, but they're nice enough to let you try data recovery for yourself before offering you their services.)

Read moreI've visited Human Computer a total of three times, and every experience has been fantastic.
• Last year I had to replace my entire laptop screen because the hinge had broke and it couldn't close or hold itself up anymore, along with my fan sounding like a Ford truck when it was on. I brought my laptop in on a Saturday and was able to pick it up by the following weekend.
• A couple of months later, I had to return because I had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi. John gave me a Wi-Fi adapter plug in free of charge.
• This past weekend I had to return again as my laptop suddenly became sluggish and I struggled to load anything for a week. My laptop was repaired with a new hard drive (he also let me keep the old one just in case I needed anything off of it in the future) and returned to me this Tuesday. I also worried about my laptop not being able to update to Windows 11, but they loaded it on with ease. Another thing that I like about John is how he ASKS if you've backed up your computer every time, because I've had an issue in the past with my laptop being wiped without being told it was necessary.
I did several months worth of research before deciding on Human Computer, and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for my...
Read moreIf you need a repair for your gaming pc come here! I was having trouble with updating windows, usually im able to fix the problems my self with my pc that i built on my own. i’ve had it for about 4 years, i stopped playing on it cuz I took a break from warzone for about a half a year. Unfortunately my usb port for keyboard stopped working, it would not display for my second monitor, and my windows would not update. I tried to completely wipe everything out but that did not work. I was looking around for places to take my pc and all wanted to over charge me. Fortunately I found this place, Human Computers. The guy talked me through the price and said he would try to keep it under $100. He did just that! He kept me updated and called me a few times as he was fixing it to give me updates and what he did to fix it. Was very quick with it and both people that were there were very respectful and very helpful. They had it ready in the same day but I couldn’t pick it up because I had work. So if you need your pc or anything to get fixed for a good price, high quality, and quickly come here! Thank you...
