Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

Never thought id experience my first ever one star review on a well known pizza place. Here's the issue's i had with this dominos.

They say my pizza will be ready in "20 minutes" and i had to wait 45 MINUTES! I had things in the car like ice cream and that ended up melting when i got home.

Now prices... THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, i payed $37 for 2 medium sized pizzas, basicly about $18.50 for one pizza, almost $20 for just one.

As for the 2 pizzas which were the Cali Chicken Ranch pizza and a ultimate peperoni pizza, they were very greasy, they looked somewhat burnt but when you took a bite they had a good soft crunch to them which to me is at my liking besides the greasy pizza part, the pizzas were well made but because of what i said before i dont think ill ever come back to this dominos location ever again and mainly because of the price of just one pizza which is not on the recipt for some reason. Id also like to add that i ordered a peperoni pizza at the same location before for delivery and got a very burnt, flavorless, greasy pizza.

When they finished my order i forgot to add ranch sauce and they said you'd need to pay but needed to wait too because they had pizzas ready to come out, so im over here waiting for 5 minutes just for ranch and one of the other staff working there ends up getting the ranch and tossing it on the counter to me which takes like 5 seconds to do but anyways they tossed it like they didnt want to be there.

They said have a nice day in a proper way, didnt have to pay for the ranch but the way they were with tossing the ranch seems like they were done with...

I ordered 2 pizzas & chicken wings and they did not give me the chicken wings. So I called then later & I asked for them to deliver the chicken wings to me & they refused. They said I would have to pay for that even though it was their fault. So then I asked for them to give me an extra 10 piece and they also refused. I spoke to the manager and she refused to accepted any accountability and she actually said that it was not their fault since they tried calling my phone after I left. Excuse me but yall still forgot to give me my wings & that is your job so it is your fault. I have ordered at other locations & they always hook me up with something free when they mess up but not here! And the manager doesn't even care she has no empathy. I would advise everyone unless this is literally your only option for food to AVOID...

My first experience at your new place (#7851) was awesome! Late night, Jason made and delivered this same pizza w/bites. Pizza was BEST I've ever had. Second visit? Not so good...not enough of each chosen topping. Third and last order? Total failure...again, not enough toppings and waaay to much salt! Okay, that being said, I decided to try again this time. Omar delivered order really quickly and was terrific with me. We checked the pizza and he agreed with me this was a sub-par Domino's pizza. I realize you all must count toppings, but, mercy, this was/is pathetic. I know you all can be excellent...ordered many times (at Lincoln St before you arrived) and they were all great. Enough said? Thank you...
