Starbucks — Restaurant in Riverside

I went to purchase a late @5:38 am the manager with the name of heather and her employee did not want to give her name , went to buy a latte and my Apple Pay didn’t work and I told then tha I will bring the money later and they sorry with out a way of payment they could not help me and that is okay but what freaks me up I asked for water and they denied they said without a purchase I cannot have water. I guess I’m not going to buy a coffee no more from Starbucks. It is a shame living in a beautiful country like this the people like this works with people and they don’t knowor they’re not that well educated and I don’t get it why I cannot get a cup of water I never gonna stop in any of the Starbucks and get anything else never again. I was gonna delete the app for Starbucks and for now I’m taking coffee from someplace else.. I actually was discriminated by these people and they told me that they were gonna call the cops if I don’t leave because I didn’t purchase anything from this establishment what a beautiful, beautiful place and what a beautiful people I never gonna buy never in my life at Starbucks coffee I’d rather go out there. Another establishment where they treat people the way you’re supposed to be through. They come here. I will never come never in my life. The people were very rude and they actually told me that I don’t if I don’t purchase anything I have to leave and I told him to call the cops and they got they were calling the cops only because I didn’t purchase anything because I was writing a review about then about telling the truth that didn’t want...

Arabic employee was such a RUDE barista. My mom just got home and literally threw away all our drinks because of the poor service. She ordered her usual pink drink with NO STRAWBERRIES, her drink had strawberries but she just did not want to even taste the strawberries so she asked the barista if he can make her a new drink. He was upset that he had to make her a new drink, he instead grabbed another cup and just tipped over the drink so the strawberries would stay in old cup. My mom refused to have that drink so she again asked him to make her a new drink. She explains he was very rude, regardless he made her a drink but she noticed a black thing in the bottom of the cup and told him if he knew what that was, he looked at her said i dont know and proceeded in making another customers drink. Definitely ridiculous, she ordered drinks for the family and again we had to pour them down the drain due to this incident. He needs practice and experience when it comes to customer service, without that he should not even be working in a work...

Very sad store. No one greeted me or any of the others who walked in behind me. Everyone looked as tho they had eaten sour lemons for breakfast. The girl who took my order was ok, but nothing close to what the norm is at any of the other locations. As I went to pay, I realized there was water on the counter and mentioned it to the girl with a star on her chin, and she mumbled something....then a guy came with a rag and just trying to make conversation I said, I almost didn't see it ha ha it blended in with the counter. He said nothing. Other workers were coming and going from the back room, all with frowns on their face as tho they were being forced to work today. The girl with the star calls out my name (altho I'm standing right next to her) without looking up, and slides it across the counter. Wow. Hope management sees this because it is NOT doing anything positive...
