This is why I will not go back to this location on Van Buren in Riverside. The girl who took my order Was annoyed because I asked her a specific question pertaining to my order. Once I got to the drive-through window. She charged me for my food, which was fine until I looked at my receipt. When you pay cash, they charge you the price of the food with tax as they should. When you pay with a card, they charge you the price of the food, tax, and an up fee for using a card. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed that I was being charged other fees than the price of my food and tax, so I questioned the girl. She then became annoyed because I asked her. Why would she charge me extra charges? When I paid cash, she took my receipt back and gave me the difference without an explanation. However, she did not give me my food. I waved my hands and honked my horn to get her attention. She had not given me my food. She finally came back to the window. Then, I explained why I was honking my horn, and she proceeded to tell me I was holding up her line. I advise, you did not give me my food. She said I'd dropped your food and had to have them make another. However, she didn't come back to tell me that's what happened until I confronted her. With her nasty disposition and customer service, this place has lost a customer. Now, it may not matter to you. But I choose to spend my money where I'm valued for giving you my business. I think that horrible purple dye on her damn eyebrows may have confused her mind. Beware and check...

Walk in: Got a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with beans added. Went home. Start eating my burrito. Almost half way through I realise there is no beans that I paid extra for. Disappointed, I contacted them by phone a explained who I was and the cashier (whom of which serviced me upon walking in) told me I could bring the burrito back in and they would add beans to what was left or give me a side of beans. I immediately said I would like a new burrito. She replied saying I could not because I already have eaten half of it. This angered me because I paid extra, plus the gas driving down there again so they could receive my burrito to add beans to what's left. Illegal by the way. No one should ever come here! Ordered a machaca burrito for me , a kids quesadilla and fries for my daughter then a chile relleno plate for my boyfriend. The whole time this drive thru cashier is like rushing us through our order and as we're deciding drinks she sighs like we're taking too long. I'm pregnant and hormonal and the last thing I want to deal with is a rude employee. Get to the window and she not once read back our order and say she did when she forgot to add my machaca burrito when it was the first thing I ordered.
