Fiesta Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

The pizza here is excellent. We ordered the thick crust, and it did not disappoint. The pizza sauce was the best I've had. The cheese was thick and bubbly. The meat toppings were cooked to perfection.

As for the rest of the meal, the ranch tasted homemade. The salad was incomparable, piled high with meat and cheese on top of crisp lettuce and fresh peppers. We ordered the BBQ wings and got the hot wings by accident, but we just kept them because they were so good.

The prices were reasonable. The service was good despite the line being out the door. It was so busy, in fact, that they ran out of the stuffed shells with Alfredo sauce that we ordered. They forgot to tell us, but I was told I was not charged for it. The employees were friendly, smiling, and looking happy to be there even though there was only one employee at the counter. There is a family vibe to this place, like the people in the area know the staff and appreciate them. It seemed like the staff knew many of the customers.

I want to leave completely honest reviews, so unfortunately, I feel I must mention a few things: I was not a fan of the neighborhood and would not go here after dark. We remembered Fiesta Pizza for soft, cheesey hot out of the oven pizza. But 2 weeks ago we went in to order pizza. The pizza we were given was so hard and dry and barely warm, not to mention It took like 25 min. to get the pizza. While we sat and ate that hard pizza we looked around and saw other customers enjoying their hot cheesy pizza. It was nothing close to meeting our expectations. I tried to get the owner/manager's attention while he was talking to another customer so I can advise him and as soon as he finished his interaction with that customer he just walked away. The Since my children were not satisfied I then proceeded to ask for another pizza and asked the cashier if I can get a fresh made pizza that looked like the one advertised on the wall.
