Updated again... It would be faster to drive to any other nearest Jack in the box. I don't know why I keep going here...updated* Wow management still doesn't have their act together! Ordered in store pickup on mobile app "to avoid the line". Got there, drive-thru line was 10 cars long. That's ok cause my order should be ready right as I walk through the door! Oh wait its locked. Heck..They're playing the "throttle the customer line to the drive thru to get good times so corporate thinks we're doing a good job, yay us, Stupid Game" Oh hey a customer is leaving, I snuck in. One customer waiting on their order, another is at the counter waiting to order. Waited a few minutes, finally an employee told the lady in front of me he'd be right with her. I saw my order sitting there on top of the fry warmer. Another 5+ minutes passed, I asked can I get my order before it gets any colder? I saw each of the items non-bagged but sitting there. He said he'd be right with me... maybe he means left... I notified him the front door is locked, he said yeah we're closed. I said what? It's 9:30. He said yeah " We're in a rush and have low staff, we lock the front, you shouldn't even be in here". Ok you're right cancel my order or I'll get it credited and go to a place that wants customers, not just fake times to show off for management. You know if they only have 1 customer per day they would do great!!!! This isn't the first time I order for pickup and the lobby is closed. This is at least the 10th time, but not just this JIB either. The food isn't this good and cheap to waste my time. Said yes & it was going to take awhile & I said ok. Then she turned to another employee & complained about having to make the sake, it took too long to do. Then after all that, it didn't even taste like Pineapple & then it had a bunch of crunchy sour stuff in it, whatever it was when I took a bite. Then ordered 4 orderers of the 2 for $1.99 Tacos. They were Absolutely Terrible! Never have your Tacos been this Bad! They were sooo Greasy the paper they were wrapped in was soaked & the so called Meat mixture was so full of grease it was a thick liquid and ran out of the shell. I've had more bad experiences at this Jack in the box that I Avoid this location in all possible ways, even though it's the closest to my house. Previous Bad experience at this location when I went there, they don't have what I want, they ran out or the shake or ice cream machine isn't working. Here's a good one, we placed our order & the guy said we ran out, my husband said, how could you run out? you just opened??? So we walked out. (the only reason I went there was that my husband wanted the tacos & had already gone bye two other Good Jack locations, that i would have been happy to give my business to). Read moreExtremely disappointed with customer service ! The heavier set man who works graveyard shift was extremely rude as soon as I drove up he said what can I get for you ... I asked him to give me a minute please he didn't understand me and I had to repeat myself a couple times... After the third time he said that's fine. And within 10 seconds he said are you ready to order now I said well I'm still trying to decide but it seems like you're in a hurry. I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger not sure why maybe the pressure and I didn't want them to do anything to my food so I complied and ordered whatever was the cheapest when I drive up to the driveway he barely makes an effort to reach out for my money he doesn't stretch at all he literally stands straight with his back and says I can't reach and I was like okay can you at least pretend to try a little bit.... He was rude about it with a straight face I asked him his name and he ignored me.. three times I asked. He handed my food I asked for ranch he reached out with a straight back and when I reached a ranch fell and he shut the window didn't even bother to give me another one I hope he doesn't put out this energy every night if I see him again at night I probably won't come back to this Jack in the box anymore.
