Mr You Chinese Food — Restaurant in Riverside

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve always loved it even though they changed owners, I remained a loyal customer but the other day I experienced very rude customer service and i was left quite embarrassed. I had ordered cream cheese wontons and they usually make them fresh. So you have to wait to get them. So i paid and they gave me the bag with my food I was filling up my fountain drink as I waited for the wontons. I noticed that the wontons were coming out and one of the ladies bagged it and gave them to another person, so i told her I haven’t received my cream cheese wontons yet so it was two ladies serving and they started to look at the transaction to make sure i had ordered them.They call it out to get more made so finally after waiting she starts bagging my wontons and she asks to see my bag so she can put them inside so i give it to her and the wontons were already there and she looked at me with such anger saying your wontons are already here and everyone in the whole room just looked treating me as if i wanted to take more wontons without paying.She said it in such a disrespectful way . If her approach was different maybe if she would’ve smiles and said the wontons are already her I would’ve gone about my day and not feel attacked .Anyway so what i said to her was sorry I didn’t know no one told me they had already put them in there so i will not be coming...

Good food. However, very rude staff members. I got a refill not knowing they didn’t give any (the drink dispenser is on the customer side). In response they started yelling at me in Mandarin. I offered to pay for the drink again as soon as I knew what they were trying to say. In response they scoffed and sighed at me. Not only this but they charged me for a large drink instead of a small. L customer service; they must have been having a bad day…or life.

Reply to the response from the owner: I did not bring in a gas station cup. I purchased the drink cup I refilled from your establishment. Either you or one of your employees who told you the story is lying. Whoever is lying should be ashamed of themself. Also, why would I be trying to use a gas station cup to get a refill if I had already purchased a cup from your establishment? What's more, I offered to pay for the refill I got when I was told I was not allowed to get any refills for free. The fake story you told doesn't even make sense. I don't care about paying a few extra bucks for a drink refill. What I care about is being treated respectfully by others. I was treated disrespectfully in your restaurant and now I'm being called a liar by you. Absolutely...

They refuse to sell my family member food because I found a hair in my food this place was a good place to eat back in the days but now there food is just DIRTY aways hairs u don't believe me don't take my words for it see with your own eyes the light on top of the food look close up and you will see dust dead bugs and small hairs and still they claim there food don't have hairs and ever night that they clean up there establishment but it's right in front of you also if u ever taste there Orange chicken when freshly done and u open your plate u can smell the cleaning chemical they use they just suck and rude most of all they are really dirty ppl they should be...
