They actually sat my sister in quick, but didn't put hot water when we both requested twice for our pedis. Then my sisters lady only took 5 mins for her pedi and left it ugly. My pedi lady finished before the lady working on my hands and said to pay her because she was leaving and I told her to wait till my nails were dried and she said no that I needed to pay her (mean while my hand lady was getting something for my hands) so I gave her my card and she looked at me waiting for cash. She handed my card to the lady who takes care of the ring ups and then that person brought my receipt to sign it and she had only charged $5 & I told her I need to pay $37 & she said "oh no, this is what she told me you were going to give her as tip" (I was so furious my sister had to calm myself) & I told her no I wasn't going to give her nothing & to charge my total with no tips. The lady who does the ring ups apologized. Then my sisters pedis lady asked her "what about my tip?" Aghhhh hello people. A tip isn't required, its if the person wants to give it to you or not! Don't get me wrong we're both gonna give them a tip, but because they asked he refused...

This is my third time coming here, but I'm not at all happy with the service I received today. I booked the Royal Mani & Pedi, which is supposed to last 60 minutes and 50 minutes respectively. I'm happy with the manicure I received, but I'm not at all happy with the pedicure (performed by different people). The pedicure was rushed and only lasted about 45 minutes. When you book an appointment online, it provides times for each part of the pedicure, but she didn't even come close. The callous remover was on for maybe 2 minutes, at best, and usually, it's left on much longer because it takes a while for it to work. I said something to the pedicurist, but she obviously didn't speak English because she wasn't understanding. The manicurist asked if I wanted my nails rounded or squared, and I prefer them rounded, so that was appreciated. The pedicurist did not ask, so they ended up squared, and I hate the way they look. Also, a couple of my nails have ridges, and they usually buff them out. This one did not. I paid for the royal treatment but certainly didn't receive it. I...

Omg.... please do not go to this place.... when I went in and sat down In the chair for a pedicure, I started looking around and noticed how dirty everything was. The floors weren't swept and the cabinets/ display shelves were dirty. The walls looked patched up and the baseboards were all scratched and dusty. The lady who helped me was nice until it came down to the scrub and massage. She only did the front of my legs then put a timer on for the massage that was supposed to be 10min. She started the timer and took 4 min to put all of her tools away and clean her station so I got 6min. It was not a massage, she basically rubbed the lotion in and whipped it off. When it came time to pay she kept asking for cash, I only had my card. She ran it but didn't do it right and she claimed it was declined. She demanded cash again and I told her I don't have it.
