Fitness Mania — Local services in Riverside

Owner just went on a verbal tirade because he failed to update the gym hours. Multiple recently signed up and went to the gym after hours because it was advertised to be a 24/7 gym. I signed up yesterday and was told that the gym is open 24/7.

Fast forward to this evening multiple people were there trying to get in and the doors wouldn't unlock. The owner comes and when someone mentions this to him he started yelling at her and said she wasn't appreciative of him and everything he is doing.

The owner even said that all his employees were telling everyone who signed up that the gym is only open til 8pm on weekends.

I heard him yelling from my car and went over to try and diffuse the situation and I tried to tell him that I was told the same thing yesterday when I signed up, why else would I be there if I didn't believe it was open?

The owner then told me that I don't have to worry about stepping foot in his gym because I don't appreciate what he's doing and that I'm "only paying $20 a month" when it's actually $39.99.

The Men's Sauna had been down for over 2 weeks...I was disappointed in their response to fix it. (Its one of the things I look forward to after a great workout). This gym is good, arguably one of the best in the Inland Empire now. It has everything you need to get a good workout in. You have the option whether or not to wear a mask. The environment is clean, up to sanitation standards. Cool motivating music is being played throughout the facility. The staff is friendly/helpful; and its open 24/7 which is really convenient for me because of my schedule. Most of their workout equipment is modern/new. Their Cafe is amazing, personally I like the end zone drink they have. Thank you all for your services! The only thing that I would say needs improvement is that the bathrooms run out of toilet paper, and soap frequently due to the large influx of patrons. Also people tamper with the sauna equipment and then it breaks, causing downtime for other members. Overall I would definitely recommend checking...

The way they have handled their business the last 6 months, is truly disappointing and vile. They care more about money than their patrons. This is evident by the fact that they drive around in fancy cars while illegally charging their customers during months where they were CLOSED. There was no formal notification either, we were all just charged with no way of receiving any services. Along with that, the way they have completely disregarded all facts and science and have turned this entire situation into a political issue while also putting all of the people who show up at risk, really says a lot. I have no seen a single person in their gym wearing a mask, and they believe its hilarious to defy all orders, while trying to say "we the people". If they were really for the people, they wouldn't have stolen from us and put us in harms way. They are for no one but themselves. I'm deeply disturbed by the actions and support that...
