Panda Express — Restaurant in Riverside

Go to get some food. They are open till 10. It's 9:30, (not like I went in 10 mins before close) they proceed to tell me they only have white rice, (no chow mien or fried rice) and about 4 different entrees to choose from....and even out of those, they were hardly any left, and you know none of it has been made recently (obviously) so it's the very end of the days left over you have to offer me, and expect me to pay full price, Instead offering to make any other items on the menu....and it's not like nobody eats there, a couple just left when I got there and someone else went in right before me aswell. If this was my restaurant I would be furious. I will not eat at this location again....mr you right across the way, they are much more accommodating, and will even make something from the back that's not necessarily on the menu of you ask. That's above n beyond service. This was a terrible experience, and a pitiful display for this restaurant chain.......

I did not have a welcoming experience in this location, both servers working at the front were rude while I was placing my order as if they were already having a bad day, my order was incorrect and when I attempted to ask to place my order the way I needed it, it seemed as they did not like me telling them that they both got my order wrong, I also asked for additional sauce for my food and they refused to give me extra, after their attitude became even worse when I was asked to donate for some hospital, and I had said no thank you..... the amount of serving was small compared to other locations as well...I am sure Not all the staff gere are the same but definitely the older Filipino lady working as a server needs a attitude adjustment, I am glad I was brought up well when I was growing up or I would of went off on her...but besides that ,,,the food was fresh......just the staff...

Passive aggressive attitude/racism at this place by a young blue eye female Caucasian worker, along with a taller caucasian male worker making faces while he thought i wasn’t looking. My plate was skimpy and i was served a partial piece of whole onion which disgusted me and made me lose my appetite. No sauces were offered or a thank you for my business. I was quite hungry and having a long day. My attitude was polite and easy going. I guess being Hispanic young and on my day off is offensive to some people. I will be boycotting this particular Panda Express, please don’t come here especially if you are of color. Blessings to those...
