Kraemer's Koffee Bistro — Restaurant in Riverside

The only thing I've ever ordered and always order is their Bistro club I believe it's called and ita so good I Love it .. my review is solely based on the customer service. A couple of the girls aren't very welcoming and when speaking to the "manager" she looked at me like I was crazy and was told if they're too busy that they dont answer phone but trust me there's enough girls in there to answer a phone call that particular day there was hardly anyone dining in the shop. I feel they're a bit prejudice as well because even before the phone situation they always seem to be in a bad mood and give ma a what are you doing here vibe. I'm like girl I'm just trying to eat . Guess they didn't like that I asked for a lemonade which they dont have by the way its blended. Also I've worked in the food industry in much bigger restaurants with bigger rush hours . All in all they need some training in customer service and food hospitality

Recent update: like I understand the homeless can be a bit tricky to deal with but no need to be rude especially when it looks as though she did order a coffee

The worst customer service. I've been to this coffee shop before. I saw they were recently broken into and thought I'd stop by and support a local business. I placed an online order for pick-up at 8:15. I arrived and they informed me they ran an out one item I ordered. No problem, replace with another. I received it. My coffee was still not ready, I continued to wait. It was about to be 8:30 and I inquired about it. A customer or two had arrived and were served promptly while was still waiting on my order. I was informed they were making it. I then went on to let them know,in a calm demeanor, It was supposed to be ready since 8:15 and its 8:30. At this point I'll be late for work. The tallest young lady walked away saying well shes making it and maybe don't come here "under her breath". I understand they were previously slammed prior to me arriving however they were taking orders and serving promptly to those just placing them. I did not appreciate the snide comments made by the young girl so I just walked out with just the one item in my hand leaving the coffee behind. I will recommend this place 10/10 for the COFFEE drinks, but I don’t recommend the food to anyone I know. I know there’s a steady stream of regulars, and I myself regularly go as well, but the one consistent negative is the food. I understand the owner runs the kitchen, however I don’t feel that he prioritizes orders in the order they’re received. I stopped ordering sandwiches or avocado toast because the bread was NEVER toasted, which was weird, I don’t know who loves floppy toast that doesn’t hold up. I stick to ordering a very basic toasted bagel each time I go, since there’s an extra charge for ANY toppings. I mentioned prioritizing orders because previously I had ordered online nearly 20min prior to save time waiting, and repeatedly while I was waiting inside, several people ago walked in after me and ordered at the counter got more complicated orders first.
