Subway — Restaurant in Riverside

On February 7th, my wife placed the wrong order at this location. Not even 10 seconds passed when my wife called and told them she wanted to cancel the order, to which the girl told her yes it was okay and my wife asked for the money and she told her that in 3 days the money would be returned to the account, to which she said ok thanks. It's now February 19th and the money has not been returned yet and right now I'm going to pick up a sandwich and explain the situation to the person in charge there, to which he tells me in a few words that if my wife did not ask for the name of the person or we do not have that information, the money cannot be returned. If I return something to any store I go to, I don't need anyone's name to get my money back. Only if I have a misunderstanding with an employee, then I do use their name, which was not relevant, but this Edgar guy there is the most rude and coarse guy and has a shitty attitude and gives me a number that they don't answer. I stopped in at this Subway to grab a quick sandwich for lunch. I opted for a Spicy Italian on Italian herb bread instead of my normal Turkey on Wheat and Wow! It wasn't just the swerve from my normal that made it so good. The bread, Oh My! So, so good. The restaurant smells like fresh bread when you walk in- Who doesn't love that smell? I also think an important distinction is the available condiments and the service. The condiments are what you find in a salad bar and far exceed the normal lettuce and tomato. Let me start with the beeping noise that wouldn’t stop, it was making me go insane because my stomach was hungry and all I could think about was the subway sandwich and all I heard was beeping beeping beeping. Right when I walked in I walked in like about 10 minutes after my order said it would be ready and she just started making it right when I walked through the door.
