Apart from messing up the order (I'm not petty enough to leave a 1 star review just for that as customer service has declined immensely everywhere recently), the rudeness and disrespect from the cashier is why this is being written. Today, 2/21/25 around 9 am I go in to get a bfast sandwich. I receive my order and I go back up to ask for ketchup. I wait while the cashier is helping out another customer. Once they finish, the cashier looks at me, then turns and goes the other direction. No acknowledgement at all. So as the next cashier comes up, I ask them for ketchup. They tell me to wait for them to finish with the other customer after I have already waited patiently. I return to my seat to just eat my sandwich as I don't want it to get cold. Once they finish with the customer the were helping they call to me to go up and get the ketchup. I politely decline the ketchup as I no longer want it. She gets upset for whatever reason then starts talking crap about me to the customer in Spanish. I know spanish and overhear this, to which i respond, "mejor dilo con voz alta" (say it louder). The customer apologizes to me which I didn't care about because she's not on the job. So after confirming that I wasn't crazy or just hearing things, I go back up to ask for a refund since I had lost my appetite ( I had only taken one bite of my sandwich). The cashier asks what's wrong with it and I reply that I don't appreciate being spoken about and I'd prefer to spend my money elsewhere. The cashier then lied to my face and said that they didn't say anything about me despite the customer confirming that they were in fact talking about me. Like I said, I don't care about crappy service, honestly used to it at this point. What I'm not cool with is the disrespect and the blatant lie. Hopefully they can train their people to just keep it professional...

Its 7:35 asked where are my burritos the guy threw the paper away. He grabbed it from the trash and the lady told him no ham on one. He starts making the burrito at 7:40 I am watching him make the burrito and I yell no ham what does he do put ham on both and gives it to the lady which I open it and tell her my husband can't eat this now its 7:45 by this time. I told her just to give me a doughnut so he can eat something . Now I have two burritos that he can't eat either of them and his running late for work. :/ I am not going there unless I have to. This time however was not the case my normal crew was not present and two very unfriendly and non customer service focused ladies we're at the helm and I was very disappointed.
